Burger King

I've had a few bad experiences at BK but today I had the pleasure of getting two wonderful employees. The ladies at the first and second windows were both pleasant, knowledgeable, and did their jobs well. Great job ladies. They got my order right and my food was hot and delicious. I should come to this location more often.

I come into this store every time I have physical therapy which is 2 times a week every time I have visited this store I have been treated respectfully by every staff member when they are extremely busy sometimes they face rude customers each time I have seen a disgruntled customer the staff remains calm and tries to alleviate the situation calmly I have never seen a team like this and can't recommend them enough rest assured if you come here you will be treated with respect and really good food

Meriel was so helpful, it seemed they were short staffed in the drive thru and she made sure my order was correct before handing it out the window to me. That type of customer service deserves a promotion. Even though her coworkers left her in the bling during a breakfast rush she still shined thru and made sure her customer service and delivery of fast food was on point. Staff was smiling and friendly. They helped out customers who had trouble navigating the kiosks without hesitation and were friendly while doing it.

I probably had not been to a Burger King and at least 5 years, but I was with my buddy on the way home from a comedy show and he wanted to get some Burger King. I got two opportun juniors for $5 and a red slushie and it was all absolutely delicious!

Had a great chicken burger. Service was fast, no long drive thru lines that day, and the woman taking my order was very, very nice, and parking was good. Sat in my SUV and ate my delicious burger as.a result

This has been the first time that I've been able to sit down and eat with my significant other since the covid-19. Although the staff could work on a little bit more customer service, it has always been clean Rowlett and not had any problem with the food.

The foods always been good and the female manager is friendly cooperative and kind hearted

The people working here are just the sweetest! Plus my food is always hot and fresh. Easily one of my fav places to get a quick meal.

This is perhaps the best Burger King I have ever visited. They fix the food well and provide nice service. Also, Alexia is a sweetheart!

Ever since they put the lock on the bathroom door the store has been nice, clean, quiet, and suitable for dining in.

Due to the pandemic, my experience was drive-thru only. I was having a 'moment' and went there to get an Impossible Burger. Fast and courteous service. I am feeling so much better now! LOL 🤗

I finally tried the Impossible Burger. On a scale of 1-10. I gave it a 8... I was surprised it taste close really close to the Whopper! I still love my reg Whopper too!!

Stopped there to eat on our way home from a days outing. We got the meals with fries, drinks, like chicken sandwiches, burgers, milk shakes, etc. Real good and hot. We got food to go.
