Starbucks

One of the best Starbucks in America. Baristas and cashiers were friendly customer- Oriented. Lots of spaces to sit and just relax. The bathrooms were tidy clean, good wifi. I could stay here all day and do my research.

OMG I have a new favorite sandwich!!! They sold a cold ham and Swiss baguette and the barista was so nice and sweet she warmed it up for me. The most delicious breakfast sandwich ever!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks!. Great atmosphere and lots of room to study and work on some remote work. The area is amazing is in local plaza with shopping stores. Customer service was outstanding and amazing!. So if your in town and wanna enjoy some amazing cup of Joe. This location is perfect!. Especially since the area has grown so much in the last years or so. I will be back guys. Thank you for the amazing experience!.

They recently remodeled this location and the atmosphere definitely improved.

I go to Starbucks A LOT! I go to many between Atlanta and ALABAMA. Travel a good bit! I am very pleased with my White Tea Lemonade! The barista made it perfect! Not too sweet, just subtle with a splash of zing from the lemonade, but deliciousness from the tea, yum! Super refreshing, they filled above the normal line too! Awesome! Definitely will stop back if I’m in this area again. Only negative thing to say is weekend traffic, in and out was a bit tight for the smaller parking lot, but not too bad. Still five stars! Thanks Starbucks!

Always a pleasure getting to treat myself from here. Super friendly and patient with my hearing impairment as it's not their fault I can't hear the speakers on many drive thrus very well (it competes with the engine of cars and my hearing aids can't differentiate what to amplify). Never a problem with my orders and usually very fast!

This place is AWESOME! I usually get a brown sugar shaken espresso and these people know how to make it right! I love this store because it is so nice and clean. The baristas here make me feel at home.

Cleanest Starbucks that I’ve been to in the city!! I always receive the best customer service from the partners here. I usually don’t go through the drive through when I see a lot of cars in line, but I can always trust that the line moves quickly here. I wish all Starbucks were run like this location.

I absolutely love this starbucks. The music isn't too loud and the chairs are extremely comfortable and of course the employees are nice. I would come to this starbucks all the time if I lived closer.

Love this location! I have to give a quick shout out to Austin, very positive attitude all the time, I've heard you keep a positive attitude even with rude customers. The staff have a welcoming attitude also and, they get me in and out of the drive thru as quickly as possible considering they are usually busy. *The only thing I would recommend is using a cup holder or something other than a tray to serve the drinks from the window, they slide sometimes. *

Excellent customer service. Shaken expresso was made perfect.

All of the staff here are always so kind and quick. They always go out of their way to say good morning when I pick up my order before work.

Today my order took a few minutes longer than it usually does (which was honestly no problem at all), but Jonny was so appreciative of my patience. He is awesome and an asset to Starbucks! :-) thanks for putting a smile on my face Jonny!

Wow, Is all I have to say. This Starbucks really understands customer service! I was blown away by the care and attention the employees put into each drink and making sure that each person is extremely satisfied with their coffee experience. When I wanted extra whip cream on my Frappuccino, the manager Chloe made sure I got it! I love this Starbies

This Starbucks used to have a LOT of order and timeliness issues, but they have really stepped their game up and gotten it together. Their staff is SO friendly and are doing such a good job with protecting customers during the pandemic, it's been a phenomenal turnaround.

The service is great and the people are always super friendly and helpful. If they are out of what I normally get (which is rare)they are great at helping me find something as close to what I usually get as possible

I just had my best customer service experience ever!! Johnny took my order at the drive through and he was professional, friendly and thorough. He made me feel amazing, happy and important, even though I hadn’t had my coffee yet!!

AJ is very sweet. I went to the drive-through on a Friday morning when they were busy and I’m sure the team had a ton of orders to make but he was remained genuinely kind and patient both on the intercom and at the window. He’s a great asset to your team.
