I am Highly Satisfied with my Wendy's experience for numerous reasons. Mr. D, the new General Manager, is the main reason. He was very kind and courteous. He took the time to ask if I wanted my burger prepared a certain way, the fries were fresh and my blueberry pomegranate lemonade was crafted perfectly! I was served with a smile and genuine kindness, which I appreciate. I visited late at night, craving Wendy's, as I'm 7 months pregnant. Receiving the service I did aided in me enjoying my meal to the fullest. Mr. D has no idea how well he made my night! As a customer, I appreciate the pride he's taking into his job, his employees and this location. I'm looking forward to visiting more often! I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

I went to this Wendy’s today and was so surprised at the nice changes that has taken place. They have a new general manager, which is awesome. The place was so clean and the employees were extremely nice even smiled. This is a huge improvement as the last time I was here I got mad and left, but today I decided to try it again and much to my surprise. It was awesome. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place . High five to the new GM and all the employees you’re all doing a great job!!

I went to this Wendy’s again after hearing they were under new management and my experience was nothing but incredible. My food came out incredibly quickly and it was warm. The service was also really great. I’m very happy to see this Wendy’s making a change for the better. Wendy’s are often known for having terribly slow service, but this one is now the contradiction. Great job!

Always good sandwiches and fries and friendly service! The unsweet tea always tastes a bit weird, so did the soda almost like there was cleaner from the machine in it or something. I'll get everything here but drinks.

Wendy's has consistently exceeded expectations in terms of breakfast quality this week. Their commitment to freshness is commendable and reflects positively on their brand.

I want to say a huge "Thank you" to Carson and his crew! It's nice to know when you discover your bank card isn't with you and you trace your steps back to Wendys... Thank you for restoring humanity and the right thing. I was very upset to see our dad transported to a facility after suffering a stroke and being in the hospital almost lost him a couple of times... Anyway a big shout out to doing what's right and locking up my card until I could get back to pick it up. Dad would be proud he loves Wendy's especially your frosty's :-)

i went too this wendy’s yesterday and the service was incredible. My food was out of this world and i saw this cute guy david i asked for his number but he said he had a girlfriend:( (so i don’t ask for his number) but yeah he was very polite

Best Wendy's I've had in years! Went for lunch yesterday. Everything was hot and fresh. So I went back again today! Great food and awesome staff!

I've shared a review for this Wendy's, before, but truly, they are the best Wendy's, at this location. I don't know who the managers are, but they and their crew are fabulous. The crew is obviously, very well trained. Their lobby and window, both run incredibly smooth. It is rare to have a mistake in my order, but if I do, they are so good about making it right. These folks do an amazing job. My thanks to all who have impressed me so completely at this location.

They also revamped the lobby, recently and it is was beautifully done.

All the employees were super friendly. One of them was on break and got up to get us Ketchup when there wasn't any out. Food was fresh and tasted great.

I am so pleased with the customer service that we receive at Wendy's in Miamisburg. The young man working the carry out window is absolutely amazing! Hes very personable and very polite

Did not receive the order I placed in fact I didn't even get half the order there seems to be having some problems with their employees and some of the people that are taking orders to the drive-thru sign coping attitude with you I tried to walk in the door and the doors were locked and this was at 7:00 p.m..

I've never really had a bad experience at any of the locations I've ever been to (been to some from AZ, NV, NY, OH, IL, etc etc). Services have always been friendly and quick across the country! Good always tastes good and the prices are nothing to turn your nose up to. I'll always love my JBC 4f4!

One of the best Wendy's around the area. It is always clean and I have never had anything but good experiences with the staff. I wish they would go back to their old pickles though! Not a fan of those lighter green, thicker dill chips. Baconator rules!

They need to put up a sign that inform customers that the dining room is closed. They had 7 people try the door just the time I was waiting in drive-thru. Some got in their car and left.

I went for a simple mobile order pick up through the drive thru, and service was great, food quality was good as it can be from Wendy's, along with nice employees! Thanks Wendy's, Miamisburg, OH!👍

Whenever we go here we always see a huge line but once we get into the drive-through line we literally zoom through! They’ve never missed anything in our order and the food is always prepared good

This Wendy's is all brand new inside and out, they have the same great tastes that they've always had with a few new items on the menu including breakfast sandwiches that are dynamite to your taste buds, Prepare yourself for the explosion of all your favorite breakfast tastes in one sandwich, and don't forget the morning tater wedges, some of the best breakfast spuds I've eaten.

Wendy's on Hieneke in the burg is a great place to get in a nap while waiting in the drive thru. A great preview of purgatory. I'm certain Guinness should be contacted for verification of the longest wait in drive thru history.

Food was good as always. Spicy and hot. One window drive thru on the remodel may have not been the best idea. Service was good but slow.
