Spacious store and clean.
Everything I got was fresh and good.
Plenty of parking.

Other than the school age kids hanging out in the bathroom smoking pot, the employees are nice and tolerate a lot of negative behavior. They all know their jobs and they do it well. Thank you for having a clean bathroom.

It's a Dunkin. It gets busy at times but I caught the right time and got my order quick. The staff was friendly and swift with the order and I was already drinking my coffee before I realized that I paid for 3 of my friends coffees, too. Bas*ards...

It’s so hard finding a Baskin that does milkshakes well. Went here for the first time craving a milkshake. Ordered a small and she put THREE SCOOPS. The consistency was absolutely perfect, not too milky but liquidy enough to go through the straw. I’ll def be back, I love milkshakes!!

Loving the white chocolate mixed with raspberry in my xl hot coffee with a little creamer. So good I also like the brown sugar, wish they were all winter. Soook good

We used to go here all the time! A few years ago (pre-covid), me and my friends came here almost everyday to hang out! I've never had a bad experience here ever! The employees were okay, and the service was good. If you wanna grab a donut, ice cream or some coffee, this is the place for you!

I was recently helped by Marixsa, and I am more than satisfied with my service. She was very patient, and considerate towards my special request order and paid great attention to detail ! I felt confident in her abilities to get the job done right, and I will definitely be requesting her the next time I have a special request. Helpful, sweet, considerate, and detail oriented!

Local Dunkin store w/out a drive through window! However does
have a nice ice cream bar & small eating area should you choose eat in.

I don't know how many of you notice but I do being a coffee addict but every Dunkin Donuts obviously are different owners and everyone makes stuff different this particular Dunkin Donuts every drink I've had made was amazing on point and I've never been disappointed and the staff here is very friendly compared to the other Dunkin Donuts in the area I will make a trip across my city 2 come to this particular location. Only thing that could be a little Annoying is the parking it's in a weird spot but I do recommend trying this location. This location also has the Baskin-Robbins inside

The best Dunkin’ in Hackensack. As is the case for almost any food vendor, try to arrive at peak times for the freshest donuts, bagels, etc. They prepare everything multiple times throughout the day. (I go very early in the morning and for lunch sometimes). In doing so you will get the best pick of their menu. Also. the service is fast and very friendly.

Best DD in Bergen county. The crew is awesome, friendly, kind and helpful. Place is always spotless!! Love this location.

Honestly I love going here because it’s close by and I get to grab breakfast quickly or even when I want a donut or ice cream it’s all right here

It was good. I got the cookies and cream. I like going here because its wheelchair accessible and the entrance isn't a hassel.
