I have been a customer of David Schulte and his Upgrade Company for over 10 years now.

Over 10 years ago, I had a Marantz SA-11 SACD player and a Marantz PM-11 integrated amplifier in my stereo system and was quite pleased with their music delivery. Upon reading some positive reviews of the Upgrade Company and David's work, I sent my 2 Marantz units to David for his Signature Edition upgrades. David transformed the 2 Marantz components from excellent performers to giant killers with his SE upgrades.

Fast forward to a year ago. I decided to upgrade my A/V system and consolidate all my components into one system. I purchased a Denon 3313UD universal player and Denon X7200WA A/V receiver with Signature Edition upgrades from the Upgrade Company. These SE upgraded Denon units far exceeded my expectations for what components at their respective price points are capable of. Smitten, I replaced the Shunyata Anaconda power cord feeding my entire system with a TimePortal Signature power cord from the Upgrade Company. I was floored by the improvement that the TimePortal power cord brought to my system. I was hooked. So 3 months ago, I replaced my Shunyaya conditioner with a RGPC 400 Pro power cell with SE and Furutech upgrades from the Upgrade Company. Once again, this upgrade elevated my system to a whole new level of performance. I was able to demonstrate that each successive upgrade from the Upgrade Company has brought me closer to that ultimate live experience. I can say with confidence that the Upgrade Company's SE upgraded components far surpass the performance of other manufacturer's well respected stock units which cost much more.

Before closing, I will share my most recent experience with David and his Upgrade Company. A week ago, the disc tray in my Denon player would not open. I called David and he asked me to send the unit to him for troubleshooting even though he was living out of a hotel in the midst of his relocation to Nevada. Upon receipt of the unit, David immediately looked at it and fixed the problem by performing a hard reset procedure. This is a testimonial to David's commitment to customer service.

In closing, I will say that unless you are prepared to spend a fortune, the Upgrade Company is the most cost effective path to maximize your hard earned dollars to obtain top notch performance.

I recently sent my Oppo 3 DVD player and Krell KAV-400xi integrated amplifier to Dave Schulte's Upgrade Company for their signature upgrade. The improvement in how they sound is beyond my greatest expectations. The music they present is significantly better in all respects i.e., blacker
background, greater transparency , much greater presence of individual
instruments, higher highs, more liquid middle and much tighter bass without smearing or sacrificing one of the musical properties over the other(s). I could go on but I believe you get my impressions of David's ground-breaking products. In conclusion, I have been into stereophile equipment for some time now and the Upgrade Company's products are the ONLY ONE's that have lived up to their claims that once installed the music sounds demonstrably better.

I have been a customer of The Upgrade Company for over 5 years and is really impressed by their product and services. I have purchased many of their upgraded product like OPPO 95 & OPPO 203 Blu-ray player, ONKYO 5509 AV amp and Marantz 8802A pre amp. All perform much better that original non-upgraded versions. Besides David is very helpful and always provided professional advice on my upgrade path.

My first purchase from The Upgrade Company was a Signature Edition blu-ray player. The upgraded unit far exceeded my expectations. More than that, it changed my sense of what's possible in home audio. Bottom line: you can get really astonishingly good sound without breaking the bank!

Wow I am still amazed how my modest Marantz components have been transformed. My intended half hour listening sessions turn into 1-2 hours! Nothing draws you in like SE components connected with TimePortal cables and my system is hardly finished!

I can no longer listen to stock components which sound thin and irritating. The Upgrade Company is the only place I will buy components and cables in the future. Even better you can send in what you already own and have it upgraded!

David now refusing to accept Summons. Hides in house, does not answer door. Tells Servers he is out of town. Court date August 10th

Update, After avoiding various servers David has been served a summons. Court date of Sept 19th
If he fails to show, judgement will be entered against him.
If he shows, he will loose the case.
