SO grateful for these guys! They quickly found a screw lodged in my tire and patched it up for me. Todd and Robert (and probably everyone else there) are efficient and friendly and I enjoyed talking with them the entire time. No extra services were suggested or pushed and prices seem very competitive. The location is easy to get to with several restaurants or stores to walk to while you wait. The lobby was clean and comfortable. All around great experience and is my new go-to. Thanks, you guys!

Excellent and fast customer service. I had accidentally made my appointment for a different location, but I was still very well taken care of and was in and out with a brand new set of tires in 1 hour! This is my second set of tires from the Fuquay location and each time was a breeze. I highly recommend Mavis for your tire needs!

Mavis in Fuquay has picked up a new customer for sure thanks to excellent customer service that Curtis provided and their price. Bought a new set of tires for my car and they had the best price by far compared to the other places I called which was the place that just sells tires, the discounted tire place, the boys up the street, and the dealership. Best of all the prices were listed on their website (did not even have to negotiate) an I was easily able to book an appointment online. Was so happy with the experience ended up getting an alignment and oil change. And, all was done in just under an hour! Thank you Curtis and the rest of the Mavis Team!

I have been to Mavis twice now, both times with a slightly urgent issue. Both times they have immediately helped me. (the first time they were minutes away from closing but still took me in). The staff is always very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and pleasant. It's very rare to find people like this today, let alone all possessing all the other attributes. I will continue to take my business there and recommend them to all my friends.

Art and Todd took great care of us. We had a tire fail feet from the shop, and once we got it into the shop Art took great care of us and got us back on the road ASAP. Professional, friendly and authentic! Thanks Gents!

I came here for a last minute tire service - I had a nail in it so I asked them to plug it for me. They were already pretty busy but got it done in about 45 minutes. Very fast service and they communicate with you very well. I will always come here for services because they are trustworthy and get it done perfectly. Thank you!!

The Mavis team has been incredibly helpful, replacing tires for our camper, SUV, and now our truck, all while providing excellent customer service. Even when we encountered a minor issue with our truck tires, they worked diligently and respectfully to get them fixed quickly. We are very grateful for their hard work!

I'm new in town and needed my tire pressure checked. I don't know how to do it. The manager greeted me and Curtis came from garage and helped me right away. All 4 tires just needed air and he reset the notification. Great guys.

Curtis and Todd are the best. They are honest and will not try to up charge you for tires or other services like other shops. I‘ve been taking all four of my family’s vehicles here for years. Give them a try.

This place is awesome. Four new tires for my truck at a good price, even threw in the alignment for free. Todd was very welcoming, explained everything, and even commented on my adidas shorts which nobody ever does. Tires look great. Stopped by Mavis Tire with an issue with one of my tires. The staff was very helpful and corrected the issue. I have had tires installed at the same facility on other occasions and had a good experience. I would recommend them.

I was stranded with a flat tire and even AAA couldn’t help me, but Kevin was my hero! Even after the store was closed, he came out TO ME, helped me get my flat off the car and set me up with the spare until I could come in when they opened in the morning to get it replaced properly! I’ve never seen such amazing service anywhere else, I’ll be coming here for all my future car needs and you should too!!!

I had previously taken my car to three other places trying to figure out why one tire kept going flat. No one was able to find the leak. Todd and his crew at Mavis were great and they didn’t give up until they figured it out and fixed the problem.i will definitely use their services again in the future. Great experience during my visit. The manager, Curtis, was supper helpful and friendly. I had a screw in my tire and they were able to check it out to see if I needed to get the tire plugged. I was in and out in no time! I will be back for future tire needs!

Service was fantastic at a truly fair price. I usually do my own work, but didn't feel like doing brakes today. Mavis was well worth the price and a great value!

I am new to the area and found my tire low. I stopped at Mavis as they had free air. Not being proficient at putting air in my tires, I asked for help. Todd was more than willing to come to my rescue and provide training for the future. He offered to check my tire in the garage plus checking them all at no charge. Mavis will now be my go to place for my future automotive needs.

Found a screw in my tire the evening before needing to take the car on a trip. Was able to book an appointment online very quickly and get it in the next morning. They took care of it quickly, didn't try to upsell me on anything, were professional, and didn't charge me a ridiculous amount.
