JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I went on my weekly trip to Joann’s (Darien) today and to my surprise, my favorite manager, Kim, is back, and for good !!! I was so happy to see her and told her so ! That store has gone downhill since she’s been gone and I told her that too !! Welcome back Kim ! You’re the best !!

I think I bought too much yarn. I walked and there was a sale! I had no idea what to make, just wanted to use my hands. Lots of wonderful holiday items.

I am a tailor in Bolingbrook and I travel all over. It really helps to have a fabric store within reach that has whatever I need to get my work completed.

I so appreciative for a woman with a pixie cut and glasses today, I wish I looked at her name plate! She was so kind to me and patient as I collected all the singles from the bottom of my bag to pay for my purchase. Her kindness made my day :)

I shop periodically at this Joann because I have a lot of Joann stores nearer to my home. Darien is a much bigger store and has a lot of fabrics I cannot get closer to me so I make the trek.
Yesterday I went into the store to pick up an online order and grabbed some more fabric while I was in-store.
the cutting counter, and the lovely lady at the check out who appeared to be still training and the lady helping her were all just wonderful.
I just may bypass the Joann stores closer to me and just drive to Darien for their great, welcoming customer service. I felt so welcomed there.

Customer service is good. It's not too busy. Great selection of fabrics, some home goods, yarns, art supplies, baking goods like pots, pans, wedding decorations, party decorations. So much more. I love this place.

This was our first visit here and Morgan was fantastic! We were using our app for the very first time and didn't even know we had coupons available, she showed me how to find them on my phone. They were very busy, but she didn't make me feel rushed at all. Excellent customer service!

Morgan (the cashier) is very friendly and outstanding! I had her before. She welcomes every customer and knows what to say to them. She's very helpful. Makes going back a pleasure. Please let her know how much she is appreciated!

Went a little overboard. But I had lots of fun walking around here with my mom while my daughter slept in her stroller. They have a ton of variety of fabric (even more than some of the other Joann fabric locations) and they had lots of sale stuff.

Me and my husband have never sewed anything and had so many novice questions, but Susan was very nice and walked through the store with us helping us picking out needed supplies. Whenever we come in we always receive great customer service whether it be help with fabric or using coupons. Thank you.

I always thought of this strictly as a fabric store. I was surprised to find some great buys for decorating the home. Including well priced bath towels, baskets, trays, decorative pillows and more..

Love JoAnn Fabrics because of their friendliness and the lady at Cashier greets everyone although she's busy. I love to look through the aisles to determine if there is something I would like to create. I would like to know more on their classes to create new projects.

Love this place. Especially with all the honey do projects my supervisor has me helping her with. Prices are in line. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
