The staff at this location are so helpful and friendly and actually know what they are doing and talking about, unlike the deer park USPS. I had so much trouble with a package at the Deer Park location which caused me to miss my intended delivery( possibly ruined my whole package) so I left and went to this La Porte USPS instead and was treated much better. The staff here are polite and smart and you won't get the same treatment at the Deer Park USPS. Avoid that place as much as possible and come here instead.

a lot of negative reviews on here but I have personally only had positive experiences here. there was a period of time when I was sending a lot of packages and the staff remembered me and let me know that I didn’t have to wait in line if my package was already ready to go with the label already on, I could drop it off and be on my way. the lines can get long so that was very nice of them to let me know that. as long as I live in the area, I will continue coming here to drop off packages!

After dealing with the Opa Locka USPS office in Florida, and seeing their horrible reviews, I became extremely thankful for my post office. I'm a very small business owner, so every customer must be satisfied with me! I really count on USPS because their actions reflect on me!

I've found out that either Opa Locka is choosing not to do their job or they are stealing the packages. They have been reported multiple times, yet nothing is being done about it. I have a customer that is now threatening my business and I refunded her $50, plus if her outfit ever gets to her, I'm letting her keep it. $50 is a big deal for my business to lose out on.

I've never had an issue with the La Porte or Pasadena post offices not doing their job or stealing packages! They even answer everytime I call, so thank you!

Friendliest people I have ever met in a Post Office. They were helpful and explained in detail what I needed to do. This was my very best experience in my life dealing with a post office.

Received a notice that my address was changed, which I had not changed. The employee was very helpful and corrected it for me.

I do a lot of shipping and these guys are always super helpful.

I’m giving a 3 star rating because there’s usually a long line and with only one or two employees at the register.. other than that, the service has been good. The lady with the blue hair and the Asian man have been really helpful

The US Post office can not satisfy all of the people all of the time. only when there over paid #%€¥ wants to I have two family members that work for them they love the money but are lazy sobs👅
