Tom was friendly and helpful while we were moving into our storage unit. He even helped carry heavy items. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

After dealing with “corporate” for a simple administrative issue that they couldn’t seem to get resolved, I was finally given the name for Stony at the Chanhassen location. I drove to the location, met with an actual live employee and in a matter of a few minutes he completely fixed the issue. While there I mentioned a problem with the kiosk at the Mtka Annex location. Gave him a picture of the kiosk. In a matter of just a few days, the kiosk was repaired. A shout out to his district mgr Jon for acting quickly to the issue too.

Good employees are hard to find, but Stony is an excellent employee. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, the perfect face for PS! Wish he was at our location instead of the kiosk.

Tom is an excellent employee. He is very polite - he greeted us and let us know he’d be right with us after helping his customer. He is very knowledgeable and immediately showed us units that took consideration of our needs. The process to sign up was very efficient and Tom answered all our questions and ensured we were good to go. Thanks!

This is my first time taking locker. Tom has been very very helpful. Provided all the details and account set up. I am out on my way in no time. Definetly recommend!

We recently rented a storage space at Public Storage in Chanhassen, MN. We worked with Tom and he was very responsive and helpful, making our rental experience there 5 star +. The units we rented were climate controlled, clean and accessible. Thank you Tom and Public Storage for a smooth transition while we remodeled our home.

Tom provided great customer service. He explained the rental process,the code system to enter and exit and should me where my storage unit was. And when I moved out of the space there were no issues. Thanks for the great service!

Awesome location! Easy access and clean. The staff are top notch! Our most recent agent, John provided fantastic service and is very patient and thorough while explaining the details, exit, entry, codes, storage, etc.

We are a return customer and also received great service from Donna.

Tom was so helpful for my parents & I figuring out which rental to get! He explained everything very thoroughly & always was there for questions! He even helped me unload a pickup load, which I was very thankful for!!!

It was easy for me to reserve a spot online and then when I met Tom at the location he showed me the two available in my size. It was nice to be able to choose which I wanted instead of just being told to go to one. Security is good, location is convenient, and the staff I've encountered are friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Well cared for property. Donna's customer service was exceptional and she took the time to help us find the right unit for us. Highly recommend this location for storage needs.

My wife and I just rented out a storage unit in the climate controlled area for the second time in preparation of us moving from our current location.

Donna no longer works at this location, but John assisted us out and was very knowledgeable and was able to help us Gain access to our unit. John was able to answer any questions that we had. I still recommend renting a unit here for your storage needs.

Chanhassen Public Storage is great! I highly recommend using them for storage needs! The facility is very clean and has great security. They also have a very easy to use app. We moved into a larger unit today after having another one for a few years. Tom was super helpful and answered all of our questions before, during, and after move-in! We will continue to recommend this storage facility!

Jan (Janet) was awesome! I made a reservation for a unit online the night before I showed up. I also showed up at 9:30am, right when the office opens for business. It seemed unlikely that someone would have checked an online reservation and been ready for me first thing in the morning, well Jan had!

It was also really cool that she was interested in getting me checked in and set up quickly. We just moved into town and it seems as though my list of things to do never gets shorter, never the less this errand went very well.

Anyway, it was apparent that Jan is as competent as she is friendly.

The facilities seem quite nice as well. There has been a lot of snow and the lots were all clear. My unit was clean and in good operating condition.

Thank you public storage for the great customer service and clean well lit storage units. Donna is one of the most helpful people I have met recently and she has made my experience here very fun and enjoyable. she is always very helpful, friendly and always has a smile for me when I come in. Thanks again, I would recommend the Chanhassen PS to any one.

Janet was wonderful to work with getting our unit rented. She talked through what kinds of things we were storing and made recommendations based on her experience. She was very helpful walking us through having rental insurance and how to best mind our belongings.
