McDonald's

I've read these reviews and just had to go in myself for I have patronized here before with no problem...we are in the time where customer service is at an all time low but we got to be patient. Any way me and my son was in and I decided to dine in. We sat down and waited I did order my food from the kiosk grabbed a number 9 and we sat down. They were busy and food came.to us in about 10 minutes nice and hot.We were very happy with the service . Now someone from the management team checked on us and we thanked him for that acknowledgement. Now as we were finishing up my was on his tablet ugh... and he knocked his burger over and it fell to the ground....not to fuss I told him go buy another one and the manager by the kindness of her heart said that's ok we got you .....that right there was and is Great Customer Service at work.This was a great visit!

This is a great establishment. Highly recommended friendly atmosphere for children and family. They also have a playplace for the kids. Come check them out. You'll be glad you did outstanding employees.

The two ladies who I encountered tonight were so sweet and went above and beyond without an ask! Thank you ladies! Great Customer service is unheard of these days!!!

Quick service, large and clean playground, clean restrooms, and very friendly manager.

Slow service for the drive thru but the food was hot and fresh.

I wanted to go someplace nice sit down have a good meal and have just excellent service. The kids wanted McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised with just the five-star service of care and quality people. The lobby was closed because they were short staffed and I guess someone noticed I was in a big bus that wouldn't fit through the drive-thru. I think it was the manager that came running to the door to let us in. Polite fast service and wonderful food. I'm just so thankful for this McDonald's experience. It will be me next time that suggests we go to to McDonald's

Service has improved over the last year, though not always perfect. I'm not waiting as long, and my order is correct more often. This is the only McDonald's that accommodates my daughter's special request happy meal, so I go out of my way to go to this one. For that reason, I've updated my review from 4 to 5 stars.

I hate to say it! But it's true the further you go for take out the better the service I live 5 minutes away from a McDonald's and I refuse to go there uncooked meat stale fries customer service really s****!

The workers where very hospitable and kind.they work hard

I've gone to this location twice. Yes its a bit slow but when you think about it theyre making your food fresh which is fine with me. Every time I've been the fries are hot and fresh. They don't have that greasy after taste of old grease. The soft drinks don't taste like they've run out of syrup. Instead they tastes like syrup was just added to the soft drink machine. This is the best tasting McDonald's that I've been to in a long time

The food is good but service can be better and atmosphere is also good 😊 overall experience 9.5/10

The past 3 times that I have fgon ro the Lovejoy/Hampton location, the customer service has been great and I received all items. Much better than my past experiences.

Very modern inside. Service was great. They actually brought the food to the table. One of the employees, I think she was the manager, was very polite and courteous and truly cared that the customers were happy. She took the time to get to know the customers eating and the kids playing. I don't live near this McDonald's but the next time my child wants to go and eat and play I'm bringing her here.

this is my first time visiting this mcdonald’s. i can truly say they are quick and work well with the customers. even though they are short of staff they manage to work together without any hesitation. THE FOOD WAS GREAT & FRESH!! thank you

One of my new favorite places to go for breakfast. They tend to have a line in the Drive-Thru around 7:30 8:00 a.m. but it moves fast for the most part. The people are really nice during the morning shift and you can tell that they love what they do. I will continue to go to this location because it's on my way to work.

Good experienced. I witnessed how a customer came back with his burgered that was made worng and the clerk apologized and made him a new one (which was expected) but she was nice about it. No attitude at all. My kids played for like an hour, place was clean and it was overall a pleasant experience.
