Once again you guys have surpassed my expectations! 13 pairs of fantastic shoes including 3 pairs of boots for $135!! That included the super fast shipping. These are all name brand quality shoes. No where else in the 4 years that I have been shopping with you have I ever found prices and quality as good as yours. Thank you

Initially, I was like some other reviewers on here….a solid “0” with the customer service representative. I ordered size 7.5 running shoes for my daughter for Christmas. They arrived in a shoe box with size 7.5 on the box label. As the weather has now warmed, she opened the box and saw size 7.5 UK shoes, which is really size 10 shoes in the US, much too large. I contacted the company to request a swap on the shoes and they were very adamant the return must be in accordance with their 30 day policy on returns. We are not wanting a refund. We are wanting to swap the shoes. Despite being past the 30 days, I was pretty persistent and spoke with a supervisor who was understanding and very helpful. They kindly resolved the issue. Very pleased with their service.

Even after reading so many bad reviews I decided to give it a try, probably because of the cost, and to my surprise my order was shipped within a day and I have not a single complain about quality, perhaps only that it came all wrinkled but that's okay. After this I made a second purchase and this time it took a couple of days to ship but it was fast as any other site, same good quality and wrinkled lol.

I suppose it's just about luck as I have no doubt some people could've got defective clothing but for me it was as good as buying from any other store.

To find the best price one should look online and compare between sites because I checked on Google Shopping with this seller I think on Amazon, Walmart, Sears, eBay and even their own site until I found the cheapest; it was Sears this time.

I have shopped at BHFO for over five years. Be aware they take out the cost of shipping on returns from the total refund. Do research on what you're about to buy by googling it and seeing what people say about sizing. Size up or down based on that and you'll be fine. Everything they sell has already been reviewed at Norstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Dillards, Google, or Amazon. After ordering hundreds of items there was only one issue with a Nic + Zoe sweater unraveling at the neck immediately after the first washing. They offered to replace it but I just sewed it shut since I didn't want to deal with returning it / post office. I was never scammed by them or led astray. They sell authentic quality brand new items for wonderful and supportive prices. I love them.

First time buying from here and everything is high quality!! Its the same clothing you will find at Nordstrom Rack, or Saks. I was hesitant, but glad I went for it and got some amazing deals from some designer brands! I will shop again!

I was hesitant to order from BHFO after reading reviews but was very happy with my purchase and the timely fashion in which it was delivered. I will definitely shop them again. I ordered a Nic & Zoe sweater which was sold old everywhere.

Customer service sucks yes. But the product is amazing. All the clothes are authentic. I bought Dior shoes and actually took them to the Dior store in Beverly hills and confirm the shoes with the manager and they said it’s 💯 authentic. So no issue on their brands.

Con: the customer service need some work seriously. It’s really annoying how they have no professional trained customer service. It’s horrible!!!!!

I wanted 2nd day shipping for shoes for a wedding. I wasn’t able to do that from eBay. I called the number above and reached a friendly, helpful individual who was able to find my order even though I ended up being outside coaxing my dogs in from the woods. They were able to locate the order and upgrade the shipping. I have used BHFO since MJRSales shut down it’s online business. I have been nearly always very happy with my purchases. You need to be aware that sometimes there is a reason an item didn’t sell in stores. It may run short or long. Take this into account as you make purchases. I trust BHFO to handle my business.

Found this site because they had to best price on the net for the jacket I wanted. I ordered it and there were no hidden charges or fees and shipped out really fast. I am definitely gonna order from them in the future.
