They went above and beyond in customer service, ensuring that all items were picked out to meet my specifications perfectly. Their dedication didn't stop there; they provided exceptional pricing and made sure I was completely satisfied with every item and the overall project plan. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a world of difference. This is why I love Home Depot. Thank you, Wallace and Chris, for the outstanding service!

I am usually a Menards shopper but Ashley here at Home Depot in Woodridge really makes the customer service difference. 5/5 would recommend.

I went in there after having a bad experience at another paint store. I went into Home Depot asked for a small sample of white Linnen paint...they said no problem....mixed it up and I was on my way. Great friendly service and I got what I needed. Thanks Home Depot for meeting my needs.

Ashley at customer service provided a very easy and enjoyable experience. She was able to help me with my online order and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. Gabe was also super helpful and friendly. He offered to take my things out and load them so that I didn’t have to lift anything. Great work from these two employees!

It's like having a hardware store in my back yard. Large, special, orders have been well managed/resolved by Customer Service at the store. Many long-term employees.. nice to see familiar faces.

Very Good selection of products & prices. Went 2 X's today. #1-2 bought 11 bags of mulch. Customer Service Excellent with cashier & young lady checking the Mulch bags along with putting in car along with a young man who arrived shortly there after. Very Personable, Friendly & a Great experience. What a Team. #2-2 Back to buy solar landscape lights & 6 more bags of cypress mixed Mulch. Both cashiers were wonderful, also. BUT, the man helping put bags in Car trunk was NOT Friendly or personable at ALL!! Drop your attitude!! The 2nd man who came by shortly to help was Much Better.

I buy all of my flowers and plants from Home Depot every spring. They have a wonderful selection of annuals and perennials. Customer Service is always wonderful and willing toer carts, but nope help with all our needs. Just beware of those long-bed garden carts. They can rip your leg wide open. I was praying they would buy new safer carts to replace them, but it has been a few years and nope.

Anita the one with the red beautiful heir she is a sweet heart. She always puts a smile ... Every time she takes care of me every time i come to the store to buy stuff for my job... She always makes sure if i got everything i needed for my job... And one time, I was not in a good mood... She asked me if i was ok i told her i had a bad day and she told me to buy a chocolate and that would made my day more sweeter than yesterday lol 😆 she is good she put a smile on my face 🤪... Anita should get a 💰 🤑 💸 💲 rase because she always goes a extra mile to help the customers...I love shopping on Woodridge home depot... Everyone is great at that store

It's location is in a great neighborhood. The store is clean and the employees are very helpful. They will take you right to the product you're looking for if you ask because you can't find it on your own.

Great service and selection. This location gave me a very generous donation of materials to complete my Eagle Scout project.
