Wendy's

I want to thank this Wendy's for being so supportive of students and art education! The Crayola kids meal crayons are perfect for explaining instruction and color families. The nice man behind the counter gave me a different color in the kids meals so I could have one of each, instead of just throwing in random colors.

I haven't been to this location in a while because the last few times the food was terrible. Cold, rock hard buns, mayo everywhere. Decided to try it again 5/6/24 for lunch (drive thru) and although it took a bit, it was fantastic. Picture perfect. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were hot and well built, even the wrapping of the food was top notch.

Last night I was with my husband and son making a late night food run for everyone while my mom is in hospice. Emotions were running high and we were all exhausted and walking through life numb. In steps Terry at the drive thru. I can't say enough positive things about him! He was patient, helpful, kind and funny. God sure does put people in our paths when we need them. Thanks so much Terry. We really needed you last night❤

Food brought back all my childhood memories my mom would bring me here every Saturday as a kid and now I bring my children there for there 1st time and the food is still the best in Milwaukee I had the French toast with Strawberries and my kids had burgers totally great service even when they are busy. 😁 they also changed the way they make there fries now they are even better.

The biggie bag junior bacon is awesome.3 slices of bacon, just the right amount of smoky flavor .

This has been a new fav of ours lately.Food is always hot and cooked right.Fries are cooked in clean oil and not salted and the service is fast.Love the biggie bag deals

I was actually advised by a colleague against going here, but I decided to give it a try. Compared to my last experience at a Wendy’s (see my review of the Stoughton Rd. Location in Madison, WI) it was a night and day experience. As with all fast food places during a lunch hour, they were busy and understaffed. But the crew seemed to be cohesive and working well together. All of the staff was polite to me and the other guests, the restaurant was clean, the equipment was working, napkins, flatware and condiments were stocked, and the soda and ice all worked. Most importantly, the food was fresh, hot and tasty. I’m not sure why my I was warned against this place, but I would definitely go back. Great job, Wendy’s!

Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food place

Great food. People in back are more pleasant than the cashiers. The manager is an amazing guy! Great service all the time. Out of all the fast food places in that small area there Wendy's has really come trough during the pandemic. Barely any wait and we'll staffed! I highly recommend downloading the app! Great deals with mobile orders and coupons refreshed daily!

I went through the drive through on a weekday right at the peak of lunch time. The parking lot and drive through line a little small but not terrible. The line was very long in the drive through but it looked like it was continuing to move along at a good pace.
My order was completed correctly and when I got back to work to eat it, everything was still warm.
I recommend this location and because it is close to my office I will be back again and again.

The manager was great! As soon as we walked in the door he welcomed my family and I and before ordering he made sure my son got the toy he wanted. While eating, I noticed the manager walking people out to their cars due to slippery conditions. Over all great guy! We need more people like him in customer service!

I went in and ordered bc there was a long line in drive through. I went at 12:30 on a weekday so it was lunch rush. After a short wait Corey the manager took my order. He is a true gem and a pleasure to talk to. Wendy's would be lucky to have more people like him. I got my baked potato in about a minute. It was just the right temperature and cooked just right. it was delicious. I'm sure I will be back. I got a plain baked potato as a healthy lunch. I'm so glad they offer it. Every other place in town offers fries with twice the calories for triple the price. After taking the survey from the receipt I got some great coupons and offers. I'm sure I will go back to use them.

I'm going to give it a 5, even though we were in the drive through for literally half an hour. Only 2 people working for breakfast, poor kids. Their breakfast is hands down the best fast food breakfast there is - even the picky 3 year old ate a whole sandwich.

Best fast food in town. I love the natural cut fries and the tasty square burger. Service is terrific too. We eat here often, but know that lines are long at lunch time.

great prices and amazing service

Manager is awesome. Remembered my son and I from a month ago and we really don't get to this area very much. A very happy gentleman and it shows because the others seem to be in a better mood then other fast food restaurants.

With 4 other guys and all of us said the Manager was outstanding a true standout and amazing service. Called customers by name and made a quick round through the seating area to make sure everyone was enjoying their meals. The little things go along way and us Minnesotans were impressed!!!!

This Wendy's is always one of my favorites too visit. Food is always fresh, and accuracy of my orders have normally always been correct. Every visit, I've always felt welcomed by the employees upon my arrival and everyone has been pleasant to order from. I personally enjoy the #6 Value Meal which is their Spicy Chicken Sandiwch that you cannot beat if you ask me! Another thing I love about this location is that their soda machine is the one that you can get a ton of different combinations of most of your favorite beverages with like cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper which is my personal favorite! Highly recommend this Wendy's!

Tried breakfast, I had the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. With the potato. It was so tasty i Will definitely do breakfast at Wendy's again

The high class fast food restaurant. The Meats taste good even without the sauces. And they have awesome sauce. I like to get mine on the side, then depending on my mood, I can add as much or little as I want. And the jalapeno poppers are just the right spice with some of the sandwiches. The cookies and turnovers are the sweet special ending to a great quick meal.
