Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

My husband and I stopped in last week for dinner. Mallory was our server and gave wonderful service. TJ was the bartender and he really is fantastic. Very accommodating. Love that guy! We ordered the Nashville Hot Wings. They were not very hot. Mallory let us know the regular hot wings have a better kick.Will try those next time. Our pizza was the hand tossed ale crust and we did half and half on the toppings. We loved it. Add in all the taps and what’s not to love? This is our second trip here and it’s on our favorites list now. Great job guys. We hope the Detroit style makes a comeback one day.

Amazing food. Came here Saturday afternoon. Wasn’t crowded. My fork fell to the floor and I didn’t even have to ask for another one. They brought me one right away. Very good service and food.

Great pizza and burgers. Great COLD beer selections specially if you want beer to try that is out of the norm. Ask for a taste of beer before you buy! Tried the peach wheat tonight. Always a great experience and i love to come when they do trivia night!

WOW! The pizza was delicious!! The pepperoni rolls were probably my favorite. Staff was so friendly and inviting. Glad we stopped in on our visit to Waco.

Foods amazing and so r the drinks!! Our bartender was awesome. Had the meat me pizza, pizza rolls, Vegas bomb shots and margs. It was fire!!

The Calzone was very good! Chose a build-your-own. Would absolutely order that again. But better than that was my server. A young man, I think his name was Jackson. BEST service I've had ANYWHERE (and I was just at Eddie V's last month) in a long, long time!! Thank you for a superior dining experience!

Our first time eating here and it was very good. We ordered pizza and wings and we got full. The cheesecake was also very delicious. Great place to watch football!!! Our server was very sweet and respectful. Thanks Gabriel ! ( we ate our food so fast ddnt even get a chance to take pics 😁)

OG Crust is amazing! It has just enough crunch and is very savory on its own. I think I would’ve enjoyed the crust by itself. Their were plenty of toppings Ito choose from as well! I will be back!

This was our first time coming in and I love everything about it! The food is fresh and delicious and great service. Very good pizza too.

Tara was the bar tender and was extremely helpful. The pizza was the best that I've had in Texas. The beer selection is huge. This will be my go to for great pizzas from now on...!!

Chiago 7 calzone was awesome. Boneless wings were okay (I may have just picked the wrong spice). The beer selection is always great.

Great food and fantastic service. The Bartender was super friendly was very informative on the different beers they had.
If your in the area and this is not a staple for you then we probably won’t get along.

It was very loud & crowded, but the pizza was great! Which is probably why it was loud & crowded.

I had the meat me calzone and 2 draft pours. Kilt Switch, scotch ale, absolutely mf-ing delicious. Good food, sports and chive on tv, friendly staff, and bang up atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Ordered food but delivery never came. I guess the Uber driver smelled the food and couldn’t resist. Spoke to the manager and she was able to make me another order on the house. Customer service was awesome with helping get the situation resolved and the food tasted even better!!!

Got stuck in bad traffic on the interstate, so we dropped in to pick up a pizza. Ended up having a seat and letting the traffic clear up. But the service was great and the beer selection was amazing! Very happy with our stop.

Best pizza we have ate. only one thing that we didn't like is a girl in there going table to table asking for donations.

Delicious deep dish pizza, ample toppings, fresh basil, and lots of stretchy mozarella cheese. We really enjoyed the Meats Me pizza on a Saturday night with the NCAA tournament on the big screens. The service was very attentive and pleasant. Life is good in Old Chicago.

We accidentally went there on trivia night and had so much fun we did not want to leave! The deep dish pizza was amazing and the waiter kept making sure we were hydrated. I recommend the food but I even more so recommend the trivia nights.

I’m visiting for the week and decided to stop by and see what all the fuss was about… And let me just say I should have stopped sooner! Not only was the food delicious and made in a timely manner but our server Braydon was fabulous!!! Amazing customer service and provide excellent recommendations! Thank you Braydon for being great us to!
