Dunkin'

Good coffee. Line was a bit long. But can't be helped sometimes. The staff is very attentive and gets the order right. These are tough times, they all need a thank you once and a while. Today is 3/24/2022 I've changed my location. I only go to Warren ma drunk n. West Brookfield does not listen to what you order at all. Always got the wrong order and it's just not acceptable when your paying all that money for what you didn't order. Warren has employees that actually listen to you when ordering through the drive thru.

The last time I went to Dunkin's was right after they changed their rewards system. I hate it I will use my last free beverage from old system soon and then the points I've accumulated after that I'll be changing where I spend my money on morning coffee
Sorry you felt the need to change but this change is not good. Lost my business for good.

Ordered two coffees hubby tried banana chocolate chip bread and I asked for everything bagel as is. I was first given a coffee roll. Not mine oh sorry car behind you. Then we waited for the bagel and the guy came back oh are you eating this right now? No I'm taking it to go home . He said good cause the bagel is frozen and it will be at least 25 mins before it unthaws.
Are you kidding me. Done no more dunkins. Haven't been in a good while and don't ever intend on going back. What a joke if I wanted a frozen bagel I would have eaten a frozen one from a store. I'm a converted cumbies coffee drinker cause I know it's made right and when I order something it's not frozen. Sorry for the ramble but this happens all to often and I'm not going to pay that kind of money for really bad practices.

This place is not far from where I live so I decided to try them out one morning when I was out running errands. Of all the Dunkin' donuts in the area this one has to have the absolute best location. The scenery is second to none. Pastoral views abound for those who want to order a coffee and just sitting their car and daydream looking at the beautiful scenery. I don't know how they got a hold of this location but I'm glad they did. Of course they have drive-thru which I enjoy because I have a compromised immune system and value drive-thru operations very much. Super convenient and wicked beautiful scenery. You go Dunkin's!

I always have a good experience at this location! This is my “go-to” Dunkin’! Today was exceptional. I had a problem, which is rare, with my latte. No pumpkin spice! The white girl in me was not satisfied. I headed back so they could throw in my flavor swirls and I could be on my way. Well, they went above and beyond by making me a fresh one with all the decadent flavors of early fall! It’s all I could’ve asked for and perfect because I always get my first PS on September 1st! Thank you 9/1/21 crew of Dunkin”!!!!

The lattes are great here. A lot better than the hot water they sell at west Brookfield DD. Thanks for the tepid water here is my money sir. ALWAYS hit up DD in alltown warren. Friendly staff that does a good job

Good herbal tea and yummy wake up wraps. Inside service was fast and very pleasant.

Dunkin' Donuts is my favorite coffee shop...America runs on Dunkin is correct
