Valencia Ace Hardware

I was going to have the screen replaced on two sunblocking screens. Rick explained about the different types of screen material available. The screens I brought in were very old and flimsy. When I voiced my complaint, Rick said he could make new screens with much better materials. I ordered the new frames with a 90% sunblocking screen material. The new screens fit beautifully and really keep the sun out. Thank you!!

A+ customer service, the gentleman there go the extra mile in finding what you need and at best price possible. I needed screws to fix my easel and went down from $15.00 to $2.32!

Ace is the place! This Ace really has a little bit of everything. One of the best hardware selections I have ever seen, a really good selection of automotive trim screws and speed nuts, grommets etc.

I just want to thank Rick for his great work on making my 10 solar screens. He was so nice to order the gray solar screen color to match the color of my home. The screens fit perfectly on my windows! He is also very helpful whenever I stop in with questions about products I should use for repairs on my house. Thank you so much! I so appreciate your help!!

Exemplary customer service. Staff know their inventory, are most helpful and friendly. Four staff members waited Sunday at 5:00 while I rushed on my bicycle seven miles to make a very minor purchase. It even came with a complimentary surprise ending.

Extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't get anyone else near by to cut glass and install it in the frame same day, had a break in and had to have it done! These guys did it almost last minute for me no problem, awesome staff! Can't say enough about the service desk and all staff there, great ace location! Much better than 12 Ave where they seem to want to do anything at the service desk....

Let me say Cheyenne deserves recognition, if not a raise. I was greeted by her upon entry and was asked if I was looking for anything particular. I was but figured I could figure it out on my own, I couldn’t so I meekly asked Cheyenne and she came to my rescue. I have a few home DIY projects and she patiently walked me through brands /alternatives I hadn’t thought of. Super sweet, knowledgeable and she made my trip to ACE a fun errand. Love this place, they make keys that lowes can't or won't. We stopped through 3 times in two days. Ron helped me sort out water pump plumbing issues, They are always very helpful customer service.

Oh i am so happy with this location. My mother always liked this store very much. Now i know why. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and personable to the highest level. Not once have i ever had a bad experience there. Had to replace 2 windows Juan got them done within the hour. ❤❤❤❤❤

The best place to have your house keys made as well as your vehicles. I have been a loyal customer for years and not once have I had to return a key because it did not function properly. Also, they have great customer service and are very attentive towards your customer needs.

This is a great store; it has everything you need and a little more.

Great staff very helpful

Quick service and answers to all my questions. They were even able to take info to merge my old and new addresses into one account, as I'm tied of saying they're both mine but one is an old address. She took down info on a Quick little form and said they would submit it for me . I hate to say this but it Makes my life easier by going to an Ace that's not the one right down the road.
