Very helpful individuals. With the amount of mail handled there may be a few glitches but they do try and address these issue when they occur and have been very helpful when needed.

Did not have postcard stamps in a tourist area. The person who finally came to the counter was without any sense of customer service. She did not give a damn.

All too often I have to deliver other peoples packages and mail to their homes..and vice versa because it is delivered to the wrong place. This is the 3rd time in two months. It has also been problematic several other times over the course of the 7 years I have lived here.
I watched as the Jeep drove away from my mailbox .. went to get the mail .. and the package I was expecting was NOT in my mailbox .. although the tracking number .. through UPS.. whose website said delivery was made via local post office at 2:25pm Saturday March 16th. The tracking info from UPS said it was delivered to the local post office on FRIDAY March 15th . Which would lead me to believe it was correctly placed in the care of USPS. I allowed one extra delivery day to permit the possibility of a minor mistake.. Low and behold , still no package .. that was marked DELIVERED IN/AT the Mailbox .. VIA USPS website and UPS website.
On top of that .. who ever is driving the jeep doesn't need to drive away from my mailbox using my grass as a runway to the street. this was never a problem the first couple of years I lived here .. why is it a problem now ?

Horrible service. Looses packages often & we receive other people's packages. They are a nightmare to deal with.
