I was very impressed with the customer service at Grove equipment service. I was trying to get there asap as I had already driven for about 30 minutes to BadBoy dealer in North Lakeland but they didn't have the size mower that I was told would be there. When I called Grove equipment service.....I believe the gentleman's name was Rodney... I was about 25 minutes away from his location but Rodney said that he would wait for me. They're quite a ways from my house probably about an hour away but it was well worth the drive.

What a great experience we had! Everyone was so very friendly and knowledgeable. We started our lawn mower search here...and this is where we ultimately came back for ideal pricing and exceptional customer service. We spoke with David when we popped in at closing time. He even stayed late to show us around and talk about our needs versus our wants. When we came back several days later, John was more than happy to help us, by reaffirming our needs and our finance options. What a great crew - so glad we discovered them! Thanks y'all!

I have had nothing but top notch service with Van and Amy they are both honest and down to earth people. I understand that no one is perfect and if issues arise they are handled in an appropriate time and manor. My only regret is that in the middle of the pandemic that I was put in a situation that I had to buy a tractor fast and that they did not have what I needed at either of their locations. I would not ever recommend buying equipment from the place that I had to and wish i did not have to . I would recommend and have to several people to deal with grove and I hope that we can continue to do business together and hope I can refer many more people to them . THANKS for the great service keep it up and don't change a thing.

Before purchasing my new tractor I was truly concerned about doing business with a company that was not local but I’m sure glad that I went with Grove equipment.

Salesman was great, helpful, knowledgeable. I was looking for a sub compact tractor to use to clear some trails in an overgrown property. They carry 3 brands, Massey, Mahindra, and Bobcat. He helped me choose the correct attachments to do what I needed and the price was very reasonable.

10 Stars! I had to drive a little farther but well worth it. Great service, friendly and huge inventory, sInce I drove a while they did the service while I waited instead of having to make two trips, their idea, they got on it and worked hard to get it done, by the time I Iooked at the tractors and implements and had a little lunch, they were finished with my major service and pcu update, back home fast. Van the Service Manager is very helpful and this was on a tractor I didn't buy from them. So when I got the itch to upgrade, guess what, I traded up with Grove because they have taken care of my every concern!

Everyone there very courteous. Great service from David Mckeeman "President" he explains us the difference between one's and others one about size or power. We are very pleased with our new "Bad boy Mower" works great and a lot power. Brittany's from Plant City shop bring us excellent attention same everyone there. Thanks.

Very nice sales people when I bought my tractor

I can't talk about prices since those are set by the manufacturers, but service and people wise this place is excellent. The owner and the son are just super nice people, and they go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated.

Very satisfied with Grove Equipment. They were able to help us quickly get a hard to find tractor part, and the customer service is above par.

This is the second purchase we have made with Grove Equipment and I have nothing but excellent things to say about David and Robby - They are honest people with great products. I would recommend them to anyone.

A quick follow-up,
Last month, I order a Mahindra XTV 750 C from a dealership in Vero Beach, Florida. A couple of weeks later, I was notified that they no longer were a Mahindra Dealer. I was set on purchasing the Mahindra XTV 750 C versus the Polaris 900 crew. After comparing the two, I felt that Mahindra had the better product. So, I decided to drop a line via email to Mahindra, themselves. Much to my surprise, 5 minutes later, I received a phone call from Mahindra's Vice President. In most businesses, this is unheard of. He told me that Mahindra values each customer the same, no matter how big or how little the purchase is, they aim to please. I would like to thank the outstanding and quick response I received from the staff of Mahindra, to include, the Vice President of Mahindra, the Florida/Alabama Regional Director, as well as the staff of Grove Equipment in Bartow, Florida. Grove Equipment verified and processed the order as if they had handled the initial order themselves. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the overall response and professionalism from the entire Mahindra staff in assisting me with the purchase. As for the Mahindra XTV 750 C, I, along with some of my friends that own a Polaris, put the Mahindra XTV 750 C to the test this past weekend on a cattle ranch. I was able to move mineral boxes out of mud and sludge, onto high ground hauling a full load of cattle feed and minerals in the dump bed and four adults. It was amazing to see the pulling power in low gear and 4 wheel drive. It never hesitated. Again, thank you to the Mahindra staff. Awesome Product!!!!
