Came here in the midst of a kitchen remodel. Ryan was so friendly, kind, and helpful. I walked into the store feeling a bit stressed and walked out feeling so grateful that I got to be assisted by someone so patient and helpful. Thank you Ryan.

Not much to say except their paint department is wonderful, person helped me decide on grey colors. Not an easy task. All of their departments are wonderful there's always someone in there to help you even during these times and it makes you feel good because you know you need to find something to do while you're spending your time in your home....RIGHT!!??

This is the best Lowe's in the area. They have friendly staff and plenty of products to choose from. Spring is in the air here!

1-2-22: found the garage door springs I needed in stock with the safety cables. Mine was rusted and about to break.

It was close to closing time, and I only went in to price a cut to size piece of plyboard.
Rather than come back the next day, the fella volunteered to cut it right then. I was done, paid, and out the door within 5 minutes of closing!

I have never been so happy to pick up a forgotten item in my life. The young man at the register was one of the nicest young men I have met. And the gentleman that worked the garden area! Want to talk about a gem! Great staff.

This location always has what I need when I need it and the staff is always helpful. Patricia in the lawn and garden department was very helpful when I needed to purchase ten bricks, I usually take a picture of the barcode to make checkout easier, but I forgot this time. She was able to scan a barcode from a display of bricks they had by the checkout.

Clean well stocked helpful employees. Bought a box freezer , perfect size the man who helped us Jim in appliances was restocking when we asked about any freezers that would be in the back and he immediately stopped what he was doing and helped us from start to finish .

Bobby and Sean were very helpful. I got there after 9:30 pm, very close to closing, to purchase two bags of pebbles. Found the pebbles and a young man by the name of Bobby in aisle 8. Each bag weighed about 8 lbs each and I didn’t have a cart. Bobby offered to carry them for me. I told him that we will share the burden. I will carry one and he can carry the other. He refused to let me carry either of them. He hand carried them until we found a cart and then he pushed the cart to the register for me. Sean then stepped in and offered to follow me to my car and load them in. I know that you may say that their job is assist the customer. While this is true, there has been countless times where I have encountered people not doing what they get paid to do. These two young men did their job and were very pleasant.

I've been shopping at the Avondale Lowes for 4 years now, and will absolutely continue making this my go to place for home supplies and tools.. Floor personnel are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Purchased a refrigerator and the whole experience was smooth due to the competent, efficient professional handling from salesman to deliverymen.
Returns are easy, and if there is any issue the customer service people are courteous and respectful. The manager this past week handled any concerns I had rapidly and to my satisfaction. Great Store, Great People.

This store in Avondale is absolutely great. Clean, well organized and very helpful staff. Unlike some other locations it was very easy to find and get assistance. "Tom" was very helpful, went all around the store to assist me in every area I needed. It was definitely worth the extra drive for me. Got in n out in a short period of time and NO aggravation in trying to find what I needed. AND got suggestions to make my project easier. Highly recommend THIS lowes and Tom.!!!! Thank you for a pleasant experience.!!!!!

Every time we visit the associates are SO nice, helpful and friendly. Love browsing through the store, you never know what you may find. If you ever need help, someone is always around. My wife & her Mom went visiting one day before Christmas, Donna in the outdoor dept was so very very nice to them. One day I will thank her personally, in the meantime this Lowe's has my faith in a well run happy store. I will be back and recommend this to others

Went there to get some craftsmen cordless tools. They were out of the grinder I wanted but was still pleased with what I was able to get. Alan and JP were very helpful and knowledgeable in their department. Thank you!

It was the first time I was in the store the other day. And the store was very clean and the associates were very helpful and pleasant.

We just bought our washer/dryer and refrigerator from the Lowe's in Avondale. We worked with Humberto in the appliance department and he was great!! Such a nice guy to walk us through every question and detail we asked about our major purchases as first time home owners. Can't say enough good things about Humby and his passion for his job. It made it super easy for us.

Austin, who was in the chain saw / generator department went above and beyond in helping us today. Not only us but every passing customer he took the time to help. I hope management sees this because good employees are hard to come by now days!

It's really nice to have a Lowes so close, we can stop by here for anything we need. It's always a pleasure to shop here. There is something for everyone. We always come home with more than we expect. It's how doers get things done.
