Drive thru hasn't messed up my order in a while.

Just stopped in to get some air conditioning in this heat. I witnessed an interaction with an elderly woman and the cashier. She had dropped quite a bit of change and the gentleman with the dreadlocks came from around the counter and picked up every coin with such a refreshing attitude of kindness. If I'm correct, the same woman came back up to the counter to speak to the manager about the event. She said it best herself. "Everyone is quick to complain but they forget to say thank you." I don't think I've been in a nicer MacDonald's.

I can honestly say this was a top 10 McDonald's order.... Service was fast and friendly, Fries were perfect, and the sandwiches were so fresh with super fresh rolls!

Service was excellent tables in Florida. Were clean very nice?

El hands down was the best McDonald’s employee I’ve had the honor of dealing with. Super nice guy. Hope he gets the kudos he deserves!

It's McDonald's love it or hate it your still going to eat it. They have gotten better at not messing up my order. Love the app

The McDonald's at route 40 and near 50 is wonderful! Clean facility, welcoming friendly staff, bright lite seating area. Went for lunch with grandkids. Kids helped with self ordering board.

The worker was not friendly at all. And of course the Frappuccino machine was not working!

The man at the counter at 3:15 on Wednesday was very pleasant and helpful. I didn’t get his name unfortunately.

Meal was a little cold but over experience was good.

Very accommodating. They allowed me to get breakfast after 11 am. Extremely warm and engaging. Definitely recommend.

When you’re on the road all the time, you get to know the local fast food places. Of all the McDonald’s in the area, this one is the best - management and staff are super engaged, service is fast and accurate, and sandwiches are assembled like someone actually cares. Oh, and fries are piping hot every day between 2 and 3 pm. Worth a little extra drive if you can swing it, it’s that good.

I ordered today around seven thirty in the evening and the customer service i received from a girl with a red sequence/rhinestone mask 😷 was amazing. She was very upbeat. Great customer service never goes unnoticed.

The cheese burgers and McChickens from there are always delicious it's good every time

My drive-thru visits are USUALLY just 'okay', but my visit two days ago was AWESOME! The guy who was working drive-thru was EXTREMELY friendly and personable. I would HIGHLY recommend for a few others who work there to DEF take some 'customer service' pointers from him..

New store is awesome! Love the kiosks, love that people bring your food to you. They will even refill your drink for you too! There were some grumpy older men there complaining about how they hate the kiosk and would rather talk to a person. Honestly, this is the way fast food is moving so get used to it or stay home!

Lunch and dinner are much more successful than breakfast at this location. I went through the drive thru and everything was perfect.

The manager was very nice to me. Don't use the kiosk it takes longer. just wait in line at the register because of a bunch of people go up there ahead of you then you just wasted your time at the kiosk.
