I went in with a friend immediately after the Christmas holiday to help her mail her wedding invitations only to find out that most PO locations are sold out of a lot of stamp designs at that time of year. The only stamps available were Christmas or US flag--and these would not compliment her invitations. The staff was AMAZING....patient, professional and extremely helpful. Gary went above and beyond to locate the specific stamps she wanted and helped to determine the postage required. He saved the day and helped us secure the postage and get the invitations out the door that day. We were thrilled. A+++ service with a smile.

I have had a good experience with this post office for the last two years.
The employees are knowledgeable and kind. The line usually moves quickly even during the holidays.
I have had two pieces of mail come to me opened in the last 6 months but this can happen from the original starting point it is sent from, all the way through the point it is received so you can't really blame them.
I also do not expect them to supply my tape usage so I think they are great and deserve more stars. These people work hard to get our mail to us and should be shown more appreciation!

Always professional and kind, especially Therese. They keep the line moving, even with the chatty folks! They have a grumpy aged crowd often. Also, I’m good at using the kiosk now, glad to have that option as well.

I became a Seminole Florida resident just over five years ago. I have to say that the service of the PO staff and letter carriers is excellent. I have had no errors in delivery. But maintaining a home in NJ, and paying for premium mail forwarding from there to Seminole, the other PO constantly delivers to that home rather than forwarding and continuously looses, holds or delays mail and includes mail for other customers. That has never happens with the Seminole PO. In fact, premium forwarding is better than advertised - I get everything and it’s always on time. The PO staff is outstanding - friendly, courteous, helpful and accurate. I always tell them how much I appreciate how good they are. Same with our letter carrier. He’s like the letter carriers that I remember as a kid 70 years ago - knows all his customers, asks if there is a question about a name (when family visiting and receiving deliveries) to make sure mail gets delivered accurately. I could not ask for better service.
No I’m not related to anyone at the Seminole PO! LOL But I do have 5 years of horrible service, errors and poor attitudes of my NJ home PO, so I appreciate good service.

Everyone was helpful and nice! There was a line, but we got serviced quickly.

My experiences have been positive with the postal employees in Seminole. They have been helpful, kind, compassionate, friendly and efficient. I am grateful for their hard work and professionalism!

very friendly staff , I set a passport appointment online and the normal employee who handles that was out that day, someone who normally isn't in that role stepped in (although it did take a while) and get the job done , I thought for a second I was going to have to reschedule and come back. Everyone was filling in and doing their best to accommodate everyone as it appeared there were several other appointments coming in for similar services

The lady who processed my passport did a tremendous job. She was in a lot of pain from a bad back, but she came in and did her job. She was very helpful and got me in and out in like 10 minutes. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Clean, nice facility. Friendly staff that went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and help us out! We came to get our passports done and staff was wonderful!

Some notes though for anyone getting a passport:

If you’re getting a passport, you do need a mask, so make sure to bring one. Not at all on the fault of the post office, but this was not mentioned online so be sure to bring one for passports!

Additionally, if you’re having a passport expedited be sure to make out any cashier checks or money orders to the post office instead of clerk of court. This is something that just wasn’t made clear online during online research, and luckily, they were able to let us use a debit card to go through with paying for the expedited passport. So, thank you again for that! :)

Additionally, the location is very hard to find on maps. Not at all the fault of the post office, but keep your eye out for it so you can get there in time for appointments or just so you don’t miss it! It is on 113th street, but maps can’t seem to find the entrance for some reason, although it gets you close.

I frequent this USPS location regularly, and the staff here is always--without fail--friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. I appreciate the excellent customer service they provide.

These poor people! They deal with horrible customers all the time and then online theirs horrible comments. They have feelings and thoughts too. Gosh! Everyone their has always helped me, and made my life so much easier. Helping in anyway they can. You treat people how you want to be treated. So be nice to these people. Cause they do their best here.

What a big beautiful facilities! First time at this post office! Extremely clean and brightly-lit! Customer service was outstanding!

We think this post office is fantastic! They are so helpful with any issue we have ever had there. So friendly.

I had an issue with my mailbox key. The Mgr (Meg) went out of her way to save me about $35.00. Later, they sent a gentlemen ("Robert")Robert who tried to fix it - but it is too old. Nevertheless, the EFFORT, and the consideration, shown by these postal workers- in these dangerous times - was impressive. Postal work is dangerous and challenging (I tried it, and survived just TWO DAYS !) It is a VITAL part of a civilized society. Thanks to ALL the workers at the Seminole P.O. !

Wonderful day at the Seminole, FL post office today!
I had a major problem and Theresa went out of her way to help solve my problem.
I have always noticed Theresa’s kindness in helping others in the past and today was my day for help needed and Theresa was there to help with a smile and kindness.

Just got off the phone with Allison, and she was extremely helpful and kind and answered all my questions about their services.

We’ll see how the actual process goes on Saturday (passport), but if Allison is any indication, then I’m in good hands.

Mark is the best employee I’ve ever dealt with, I was short some change and my wallet was in the car and he reached into his pocket and said, “I got it”. 10/10 great character great service.

Great experience mailing out my package today. The clerk was very helpful. Actually all the clerks seemed pleasant and ready to help their customers.
