Upson Family Medical Center Southside

We had a pleasant experience. The nurse practitioner was so sweet to my son. She had short, dark hair, pretty nails & a cute, red, scrub outfit. Don't remember name. They made him feel comfortable & there was no wait. That was very nice! We will be returning!

2-16-23 Went to the N. Side clinic they were full at 3 pm and turned me away. Came to this clinic, was seen right away. In and out within an hour. Staff, nurse and PA were all excellent. I do recommend this location. Thank you for helping me feel better!

Friendly staff!! Very welcoming! Nice environment and even great music. Quick, easy, and efficient--no appointment, love it! I certainly appreciate Southside!

They did everything they could to accommodate for my daughter today. I appreciate the hardwork and care the team had here. Originally went to Northside and was petrified at the staff. I’m so glad to have Southside.

Love this clinic, I use them when I can’t get into see my regular PCP. They are always cordial and Allison listens to you, most of the time in and out in 20 mins. Thank you Southside clinic ❤

My first time here and was very inpressed. The staff was very polite and professional. In and out in a timely manner and my care was exceptional.

My first time ever leaving a review here before...So I've lived in Thomaston for 3+ years now. I tried on three separate occasions to seek medical help at this center and I've been turned away. Every. Single. Time. The same fake smile greets me as they give me the weakest excuse for why they can't take a walk-in. Despite their Google/website stating otherwise. I'm a hairstylist, not a user/pusher nor do I look dirty, uncivilized or uneducated AND that's still no excuse if I were! My Dr office was closed and I'm having an allergic reaction. I was trying not to clog the ER. How dare I ask for help at medical help center? I didn't complain to fake smiles face because why waste breath on anyone that doesn't care?
