What an amazing store! I decided to stop here to drop off my packages instead of going to my usual UPS location, and I am so glad I did. The woman who helped us was so helpful and friendly. I knew my packages were in good hands! Highly recommend.

Above and beyond caring, personalized service! The new owners of this shop, Jonnie and Peter, are incredibly kind and helpful. I had a very difficult shipment to manage, and they went to enormous lengths to help me over several days, even coming to my home to move and transport the item to be shipped. My first experience with Postal Connections was after Christmas 2020. Having sent several packages through USPS priority mail 2 day shipment. The recipient not receiving the packages for over 30 days. I decided to stop by to see what this store had to offer. I sent a fairly large sized box to my granddaughter for her birthday. The pricing was more than fair. The kind lady at the desk told me it should arrive by tomorrow. I nodded and smiled thinking to myself sure it will. To my surprise it did! This small business is affordable and their staff will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend this business.

Needed a letter printed for a wedding welcome bag at the last minute. I ran into the store, fairly stressed, they helped me send my file and I walked out 5 minutes later with 60 double sided, color copies! I was super pleased. They were so nice and accommodating and professional and reasonably priced. I’ll be back again and would highly recommend them.

What a fabulous store in Hockessin! I am there weekly, and am impressed by their staff and service. They are convenient, fast, reliable, and local. They do many things for my business, including packing up larger items to ship, give me several options for carriers, and they have even sold artwork for me.

Fabulous service. They made copies of a piece of commissioned artwork and tried about 10 times to make the copies PERFECT.

Then we had to ship the copies and when they could have sold us expensive envelopes, they found a way to pack them free so we paid for shipping.

And their dog is so sweet.

Rick and his Team are wonderful. They are friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. They go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Postal Connections for all of you shipping needs.

Postal Connections is amazing! So convenient and such friendly staff, I won't go anywhere else anymore. In addition to always being so helpful with my packages or printing things for me, one staff member (Gina) especially went above and beyond to help me one day. I love it there!

I had to return a bicycle... Not very heavy but very large, bulky box. The first two 'Fed EX Approved Locations' could not take it because of the size. Not only could these guys take it, they got it out of my vehicle and into the building for me.

It’s always fun to look around what is being sold on I Sold It. I have found the most interesting gifts for people at the store. Collectibles, practical, and brand name gently used items that I would much rather buy here at the fraction of the cost than spend extra at a box retailer.
