The other post offices in NCC should have to emulate Hockessin post office employees. It is such a pleasant yet rare occurrence that you are treated as a human being when visiting a federal or state facility. Why do I expect to be treated like less of a person or why do we allow them to get away with mistreating the public and a consumer. If your job makes you so miserable you harm another by your actions you should find another job and replace the miserable with clones of Hockessin employees. You have a forever customer in me. Thank you for your diligence in representing the federal government in a positive and pleasant manner. You have restored my faith in humanity!

Best post office around. I drive out of my way to go there. Customer service is great. Keep up the great work. Highly appreciated.

After being burned at another location trying to get my passport, I was blown away by the Hockessin staff, especially Jack, who took care of my Passport and kept me informed of the process. Personable, professional, and efficient. I will be making the trip to Hockessin if I ever need something like this again.

The only post office I have gone to in the past 5 or so years. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go here, mainly because I’ve had bad experiences at the ones closest to me and never a bad one here. I constantly have amazing customer service and I’m honestly so grateful.

Great post office, staff is always super friendly and helpful. Full service post office, not only can they help with all your shipping needs, they can also process your passport and take a picture for it. The self service kiosk is great for your after hours mailing needs.

The best post office in the area. I drive an extra few minutes just to go to this location. The staff is great. Always friendly and willing to work with you. If I could give a 6 star review I would. Keep up the good work.

Today the Post Master AJ went above and way beyond his duty to help me retrieve my package information when the post office I sent my package from did not want to help (statesboro GA). He was very courteous and considerate of my situation. He called me from where he was all the way down to where I am near Savannah GA. I give this man more than 5 stars if I could.

Renewed my passport here 8/6/21. The postal employee could not have been more informative and professional. If you need the photo done and application sent make your appointment online and go here.
