I think the experience was great. The service was fast and the food was hot and delicious.

Never had a bad experience here. I've been coming to this location for a hot minute since irs near Sam's. I like the layout, it's generally clean, drive thru is fast and food is fresh. It hits all the requirements for me to give it a five star.

Favorite McDonald’s in the area. Staff here really has it together. Fast service.

They still have a self-service soda fountain. Unlimited refills, baby!

The manager was super helpful getting my order fixed after a glitch with the app happened.

Let me start out by saying that this place has HUSTLE. I walked in to place my order because I was in a hurry. I noticed quite quickly that they were short staffed. As I waited, a rude door-dash driver kept bothering the staff about their order, which was quite large. They put this driver IN HIS PLACE, and refused to let him be rude to the staff, who was struggling but managing to keep up with the morning rush. I waited patiently for my food, and enjoyed watching the hard work take place.

Nie (sp?) was amazing. Had an issue and he immediately took care of it and then some. Great employee and A+ service. Wish every employee cared about the customer like he did.

One of the best McDonald's I've eaten in. I make it a point to visit on my way thru New Jersey every chance i can. The doors are always cooked perfectly. Burgers are fresh tasting and the staff is nice. They always had milkshakes/ice cream when I've been there. I wish they were all like this one. Tell em Joe SAVAGE sent you. Won't get you anything. They'll give you wherever you paid for and you'll enjoy it.

Food was fast, but they more often then not do not pay attention to detail. Check your bags before you leave. Guaranteed to be missing at least one item from your order. Yesterday, it was three items for me. Attention to detail is very important in the food industry but not so with fast food in general.

The problem is that it takes two people to complete your order in the drive thru. One person takes the order and the other person prepares and delivers the order to you. They are not on the same page. They don't actually fully read the ticket and miss things cause it's seems they are rushed.

Don't rush get the order right so customers don't have to comeback for the missing items.

I was missing a medium fries, a kids fruit punch drink, they gave me water instead of a Sprite, and they didn't include the dipping sauces for the nuggets.

Please pay attention to the order. Attention to detail has failed here on several occasions for me.

They have actually improved and the orders are being completed properly. I've been here a bunch of times and the service is better. The have been paying attention to detail. The double drive through can get a little tricky for the customer but they have it figured out. Thank you for your hard work during the pandemic.

Mcdonalds is a classic go to. The kids always enjoy their meals.

I’m impressed! I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s food, but when I do get it, it has to be done right. Most McDonalds disappoint me, until I visited this Pleasantville one by drive-thru in the past week! Lol! I live in Somers Point and will only eat from this one from now on if they keep up the great work. Customer service is patient and friendly, and the food is good. It’s hot and made to order without having to request it. Thank you!

Food was way better this trip to AC than 6months ago... all the employees was very friendly and provided excellent service. The food and tea was some of the best I have had out of a McDonald's

Very nice staff. Food was good. I don't eat McDonald but we were starving. The sandwiches weren't sloppy, the fries were fresh and surprisingly we felt like we were home. Weird. But overall awesome
I think I rated the wrong store. I was searching for the one like going towards Atlantic city

Fries absolutely cold and nasty tasting like oil needed to be changed. Chicken nuggets had a strange taste as well. Shocking all the food was cold considering it was almost lunchtime.

If any corporate member reads this, please take this review to higher ups.

This is about your team member Sidel, at store # 18581, in Egg Harbor, 1045 black horse pike.

I entered this location to put an order in using the touch screen ordering system. After putting my order in, Sidel greeted me at the register with a smile. I paid for my order as usual. What happened next was purely joyful to watch. Sidel went from working the register, to handling mobile orders, managing the cashier at the drivethru, yelling to another coworker to pull out the fry basket, bagging up orders and checking they were correct, etc. All the while, she kept calm and composed while handling almost a dozen tasks at once.

I've been in the food industry for almost 15 years. Employees like this make everything run smoothly. She put the team on her back to ensure everything was done correctly. Not only was everything done well, but the store was in IMMACULATE condition. Not a single bit of trash or spot of grease on the floor.

If Sidel isn't a manager, SHE SHOULD BE!
It's evident that her working there supports her coworkers each day. Hopefully a corporate manager sees this and she gets rewarded for such an amazing job!

Xena is awesome!!! She helped me pick out the drink I wanted but I wasn't sure what it was called so I had to explain it to her (being a pain in the butt) she was so patient and helpful.... employees like Xena need to be recognized for their above standard customer service!!!! 5 stars for Xena!!!

McDonald's is one of my favorite places to eat.
I'm always happy when I get food there.

I don’t usually do reviews, but this McDonald’s is a go to. Every order I received was a freshly made order, food was excellent, along with great customer service. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
