T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Stopped in today. December 5, 2023. Husband needed a new phone . Both Samara and Veronica did an excellent job helping us get our phone picked out and set up. Both are very knowledgeable and very kind and willing to answer every question we had. I highly recommend this T-mobile store.

I have been a T mobile customer for over 5 years. I am always very satisfied and extremely grateful for Samara, my wonderful T mobile sales person. She always goes above and beyond to help me and explain and answer my questions. I recommend this store to everyone I know. Quality and friendly service.

The store staff are FANTASTIC. A special shout out to Samara and Victoria. We watched them help other customers and they were friendly, courteous, and helpful to them. They treated us the same. In fact I had a billing issue that will take a couple of weeks and Samara took my number and promised to personally check on it and call me back when resolved. What more could you ask for!!! Thx Samara.

Lia was incredibly helpful with switching us from xfinity to t-mobile. She made the process as quick as possible while making sure we got everything we wanted

New manager and sales rep are awesome at the Belle Vernon T Mobile store. So polite, cheerful and helpful. Don't mind going there now.

This t-mobile store is the best customer service i have ever received. the staff, mindi, malaya and samara (so sorry if i’m butchering the spelling) are the kindest and most genuine people! they spent countless hours calling verizon and ensuring they could help us. these people deserve a raise!!! thank you all for helping us in our never ending struggle to come to the best service ever!

This T-Mobile always has a good environment, they don’t shove products down your throat, they don’t make it uncomfortable. They are all so nice and polite, they really took their time showing me how my new stuff works, shortcuts on it, and other features. They are SO knowledgeable it’s crazy! Great staff, great business, and great service!!! Definitely would recommend this store and company to everyone!!

The staff at T-Mobile are amazing. They are very knowledgeable on their products. I went in and asked what phone they recommend because I don’t know what’s all out and what not. They proceeded to asked me how I used my phone and asked what I used it most for, and really got to know my needs and want so that they could recommend a phone for me! They showed me different features instead of just saying what it did! They took their time and actually took pride in what they do, and i can’t say that about every place of establishment. I would check this place out!

If you’re looking for a place to get all types of accessories, phones, etc. This is the place! These girls really know what they are doing. I went in asking all types of dumb questions, I’m sure, and they really helped me understand the difference between the speakers I was looking at. They also showed me a couple that were on sale and I ended up buying this cool speaker that can also charge my phone and is water proof. The girl that helped me was very nice but they all were. Very nice place! 👍🏼

Technology can be challenging and intimidating especially with constant phone updates. I had several questions involving my phone so I went to T-Mobile in Rostraver for help. The store has a good feel...clean, comfortable seating and good background music playing.
I was greeted with smiles by sales rep, Kaley and store manager, Samara. Kaley was extremely patient and answered all my questions . I felt comfortable asking her questions because she was positive and not intimidating. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Problems solved! No pressure! Incredible customer service! Love T-Mobile!

Jeff and Samara we extremely helpful and so nice. They made sure my phone purchase was as smooth as possible. I was nervous about purchasing a new phone since I haven't done so in years but they made it a piece of cake and made sure I made the best choice for exactly what I was looking for in a phone.

Super friendly staff. If you haven't checked out there no data cap, no price hikes, and no throttling at home internet for 50bucks a month. You're missing out.

I love this T-Mobile, they made me aware of all the deals/ sales going, also showed me the T-Mobile Tuesday app which is awesome, and gives you free stuff EVERY TUESDAY!! And I get Netflix free because I have two lines with them!! Would highly recommend this T-Mobile!!

The employees here are always very attentive and knowledgeable about the phones they carry. If they don't know something, they get the answer quickly for you! I was very happy upgrading my phone.

Very helpful and nice staff. Always help with my issue even when I was actually switching to another carrier to receive better coverage where we vacation.
