Great experience. The car drop off was easy. Derek had a loaner ready for me. The service was done quickly and the car pick up went smoothly. Derek called and updated me on the status of my vehicle. Best Audi dealership in the Boston metro area, by far. I’ll keep coming here for service.

I needed to take my Audi in for a recall service. I was given an appointment quickly. Everyone who helped me along the way was superb. Anthony Ferreira in particular was extremely helpful, congenial, polite, knowledgeable, kind (to an old lady!), patient and wonderful to work with as my Service Consultant. The entire process was made simple and easy. I am going here for service from now on!

Brought my Audi Q5 in for service. After dropping my car off in the service drive thru I was greeted by service advisor Kelly. Kelly was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and assisted me with my loaner car and discussed the recommended service based on my vehicles mileage. Service was completed promptly and I picked up my shiny washed car within a few hour after dropping it off. I've had very good experiences at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington with both their sales and service department and highly recommend them.

Derek (service department) has worked with me a few times and has always provided exemplary service. Sincerely appreciate the extra things that you do to make the experience great and the service quality reliable and well communicated. Also, thanks for coordinating with Octavio’s detail team to have the interior detailing done simultaneously (they did a superb job at a good competitive rate).

This was the first time I brought my new 2022 Q5 in for service, and I have to say that my service representative Kelly Mullaney was nothing less than exceptional (and I’m generally considered ultra-picky). Kelly was thorough, highly knowledgeable, expedient, courteous and patient. She seemed genuinely interested in resolving all the issues we discussed, probing for additional details (much like an assigned mechanic would ask) to help with problem resolution, as opposed to simply taking down descriptive information from me. I also own a new Mercedes and thought their service department was thee most excellent until I encountered Kelly (and really the entire team that worked on my vehicle from a service department view) at Burlington Audi. If there are service representative awards to be given, Kelly should be at the top of the list!

After 40+ years of dropping off cars for servicing, I finally had my best experience at Audi Burlington. I drove up and was greeted and shown inside where I was greeted, confirmed my service needs, signed and had a rental outside waiting for me. It took all of 10 minutes!

I got a text when then car was ready. The return was just as smooth.

I purchased a used Audi Q3 here and everyone was very accommodating. Pedro (salesman) was awesome, very helpful & responsive. After some issues found with the vehicle, my Q3 had to have some extensive service done and Ray(service manager) was also awesome and very detailed. Great customer service here!

Everyone was very nice and helpfully especially Kelly and Kaitlin at the Audi dealership. They made my visit there very welcoming. Kelly really took me as her own and helped me make a great decision when it came to my Audi maintenance. I will definitely be back!

Despite my concern in taking my car to the dealership for basic service (usually really expensive) I could not have been happier with my experience. Their level of customer service is unmatched and pricing more than fair. I will only be bringing my car to Audi Burlington going forward.

I recently took my 2018 A3 for a manufacturer recall to Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington. Jim Parolisi was my Service Advisor. I was pleasantly surprised that the work was completed ahead of schedule. Jim was very helpful with all my questions and was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you! Oh, the complementary car wash was a nice touch!

Gary and his team went above and beyond to make sure my experience at Audi Burlington was a positive one. In fact, on the day I was to return the loaner, I came down with a very bad flu. Gary arranged for Brandon to drive my car to my house and take the loaner back to Burlington. That kind of service is hard to come by. They have my sincere thanks!

Derek helped us out of a very tight situation two days before Christmas. We had a bad experience at another Audi dealership (Service) and our car was dead on the road. Derek went out of his way to make sure his folks were going to be able to help us and was able to finagle a loaner car. Otherwise, we would’ve been out of a car for Christmas weekend. Can’t say enough about the facility and his professionalism. Greatly appreciated! He has earned our service moving forward.

Great service, communication and accommodation. Appreciated getting a loaner. From the time I made the appointment for recall service, to when I picked my Q3 up, I was treated kindly and respectfully. Gary my service agent was wonderful to work with.

Audi fit me in as an emergency appointment when I had last minute car trouble and they found out I needed to travel for the holidays. My point of contact was Gary, then Anthony, and they were both courteous, professional and made me feel like I was their most important customer. Also, I have a 2011 A4 but I felt like I was the same as a customer who had the latest, greatest and most expensive car. Thank you for taking care of me so well.

Gary in service at Audi Burlington is amazing! He kept me informed on what my car needed and provided timelines that really put my mind at ease. Having car problems is always a headache but Gary definitely made it less problematic. I highly recommend this place to anyone having car issues.

I had the opportunity to meet Anthony Ferreira this week at Herb Chambers (Burlington) office as I was dealing with an issue with my car that was making me very anxious to drive. He assured me he would get it resolved so I was comfortable once again driving the car. Tony updated me throughout the day on the progress the technician was making on the situation and followed up immediately when I had a question the following day!

Tony is a wonderful person, smart with top notch customer service skills!
