Miss Julia was Very nice, And I would love to come back to the store and do some more shopping. She does a real good job with her customer skills. And I gave her a five star for her customer service and she was very nice and very respectful.😊😉

The family wanted Kansas City Chiefs gear since the won the Super Bowl. This place was ready. They were open until midnight after the big game. And they opened early for more fans. Great staff.

Normally coming to the independence location staff isn't always the friendliest but coming and having Nick help us out made everything that much easier and was such a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you Nick.

I ordered my daughter volleyball shoes online and when we got them they were not in new condition. I took them up to this store and everyone there was so kind and helpful. They immediately looked and saw the shoes were clearly used and the Manager was very quick to remedy the situation for us. It was not the hassel I imagined it would be. Will gladly continue to do business there! They did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!

I’m not for sure his name but I believe he was the manager. He was a mid Height kind of bald guy and he was just super helpful super knowledgeable and took his time with us, showing us different gloves and bats and Talk to my daughter about softball it was a overall amazing customer service experience thank you

I had made a purchase on December 2nd. After reviewing my receipt, I noticed an error. I called to speak to a manager. I was so impressed with the woman who helped to correct the issue. Her name is Tonya Doolittle. She made it possible for me to take care of the problem over the phone. She was so pleasant to c communicate with. I did not have to return to the department to fix the error. The whole experience was the best. Kudos to your store!!!!!

I bought a shirt bought on clearance. Two days later I went to exchange it and all clearance had been shipped to another store. My daughter is picky and I had found a shirt she liked. Tonya said let me see if I can order it for you and we'll ship it to you with no charge for shipping. I commented it's only a $9.00 short. She said I can check. Sure enough she found it! I was so impressed and appreciative by the customer service I received! Thank you!!

Ordered online pickup. Went smooth. Had to return because I ordered wrong size for my daughters shoes. Reordered online and picked up next day and returned first round of shoes with no issues. Good job!

If you need it for a sport, this place has it. They've had everything we've needed for wrestling, football, soccer, and 5ks. We were even able to score a trampoline during the pandemic while all other stores were out of stock. It's a bit of a drive for us for but this is the place we know will have what we need when local stores do not.

My first time ordering online and picking up in store. I was clueless what to do. The manager was EXTREMELY helpful, nice, and even informed me of return/exchange protocol should my order not fit me. I was most impressed.

I had the pleasure of having Bruce assist me in finding toddler thermal underwear. Although I couldn't find what I needed , Bruce took the time to show me every option that may have worked. His customer service was outstanding and extremely helpful!

Helpful staff, I was offered help several times in the shoe section without needing to ask. The return policy is also pretty forgiving if you tend to be picky with your shoes.

This is my 1st time going to this take sporting goods and I must say that I was impressed with their selection and their prices. The staff was also very Nice and I enjoyed my visit here.

They have a lot of merchandise from many name brands. They also have bicycles. Very clean store.

People were friendly and helpful. It was easy to find the exact items my grandson wanted for his birthday.
