Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I've been going to Monro for a few years now and highly recommend their services. For anything from a check engine light to inspection, even when I had to get my starter replaced, they've never steered me wrong. Pun intended.

Costs are reasonable and they regularly work with you to keep car maintenance manageable. My car is a 2007 and it's nice to know there are shops around that are still happy to work with me to keep her going for a few more years.

I have had excellent experiences here! The staff are very friendly and honest. I went in thinking I needed new tires and was advised that I actually don’t! I know nothing about cars so this was very much appreciated as I could’ve been taken advantage of easily. I also had another positive experience here when I had a flat tire. I was a walk in and they got my tire fixed asap. I would strongly recommend this place for any car needs.

Steve is an incredibly experienced and knowledgeable service manager. It’s clear that his intentions are not to sell you any services you don’t need, but simply to do right by you and your vehicle. Troy had our van done with new front and rear brakes and 4 tires in just over 2 hours. Fast, affordable, professional and convenient. Can’t do much better than what they have going on here!

This is BY FAR the best auto shop I’ve been to! Steve has been extremely helpful with getting my car fixed up and has extremely knowledgeable and helpful mechanics! Too bad I can’t give more than five stars! Definitely recommending people to come here!

Was prompt, kind, and went above and beyond to provide service. Gave honest advice and did not ever try to sell unnecessary services. Provided pictures and documentation of all services. Also provided a courtesy inspection which was incredibly useful. They fixed a serious brake issue and got me back in my car same day. Will recommend going here to anyone!

They have taken care of my wife and I on several occasions. They provide good service, have been honest, are fairly quick, and don’t price gouge. Qualities that you don’t see every day in the auto industry anymore. They are my go-to.

Most reasonably priced mount and balance of tires in the area, have to return for alignment as the machine was down but I will definitely be back in the future. Appointment was very easy to make online and was even able to have my tires shipped directly to the store.

I scheduled an oil change and inspection through their website (super convenient!). Dropped my car off this morning and it was done before noon. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall great experience!

My first time at Monro was excellent. I needed a filter changed and they got right on it. The staff was kind and held a conversation with me. I was super comfortable and I would happily return when my car needs something else.

I purchased tires with Goodyear on their website and selected Monro as the installation location. I was in the area for training. I stopped in to see if they had time to install them earlier. They were a bit busy and short a person but they were amazingly accommodating. As I waited I saw how well they interacted with all their customers. I purchased everything through Goodyear and was just in the area for training, but they treated me like I was a return customer. The environment was up beat and friendly. The manager was very interactive and welcoming. He held a good conversation as he worked on getting all my paperwork in order. I wanted pizza for dinner so he suggested a pizza place close to the shop and my hotel. Thanks for the great service guys!

Had to get an oil change asap. Not only did they get me in super fast same day, the technician that was scheduled got stuck in some traffic so another technician came in early, clocked in early just to get my car done for me! Super friendly staff and reasonable prices! Definitely will be back!

Scheduled a 6pm oil change on 4/22/2024. Was in and out in about 30 or so minutes. Dealerships earliest appointment was May 15th and I desperately needed that oil change. I wasn't pushed to do any unnecessary repairs and the overall experience was okay. I would go again if needed.

I will be the first to admit I don’t know much about cars, but Steve at Monro made fixing my car a breeze. He explained everything they were doing to me and were able to quickly get a part for my car despite my car being 20+. I will forever be coming back to Monro.

Went here today for an oil change and tire rotation, and they were absolutely awesome!! John was courteous and welcoming, and their whole crew was efficient and saved me from HUGE problem with a tire, for my upcoming trip to NJ tomorrow. And I appreciated their professionalism and how fast they got me in and out!! Thank you guys!!
