Julia was our sales representative. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and business like. We knew what we were after and she made the transaction happen quickly and efficiently. Julia was great to work with! She spent all the time we needed with us & was very knowledgeable about the beds & other products in the store. She helped us figure out which tempur-pedic bed was our best fit & how to get it financed. When the bed went on sale she adjusted our price quote! Excellent customer service upon entering the store, was welcomed immediately and the associate was just as friendly and he was helpful! These guys were great! They helped me find a California king mattress after a shipping blunder through another company left me with a California king frame but no mattress. These guys located one close that was in stock and available for pick-up and at a fantastic price point too! Can’t wait to get a good night sleep on my new mattress!

Excellent delivery! Men who delivered our 2 mattresses were very friendly and efficient. Cleaned up and took away old mattresses and packing. Store clerk was very helpful and patient in our trying to decide which mattress to purchase. Thank you.

Brian was very thorough in showing me the difference in the mattresses,frames and pillows. He also took his time in letting me try the different ones out to see which one I thought would be the best fit for me.

We were looking for a mattress for a guest room. Julia showed us several good options and finally chose the one in the box!! Good choice. Hardest part was taking the plastic off of the mattress. Very helpful!!
