Great service, quality parts and better than most others on price! I really do shop here often.

I asked if they would test my car to see why it was making such a noise, and they did. But, because my car didn't have the 'check engine light on, they couldn't get a reading.
Another time I stopped at an Auto Zone when my 'check engine light' was on and the reading was very thorough.
I was impressed.

I give Ephrata Auto Zone 12 out of 5 stars.
My headlights burned out and the counter guy explained the differences between headlights and then offered to install them.
I just had back surgery and this was a godsend for me.
Kudos to this young man and to the manager who hires and promotes the best customer service out there. Where others might try to be the best these guys excel at it.

Went in for a new battery & wipers. The staff there not only let one of their employees swap out my wipers - but my battery & cable! I appreciate the exceptional customer service!! Anna & Anthony provide excellent service!

Anthony is the man. Been there numerous times and every time he goes above and beyond to help. You need anything, go see him and you won’t leave disappointed.

The employees there will go out of their way to help you. When I was told that the part needed to be ordered and they would have it for me the next day. I told them that I had to have it right away. They took the time to locate it and had it for me that afternoon. I was happy.

BEST EMPLOYEES. GREAT selection of stuff you don't need but gotta have it! They helped me with that stupid light on the dash..huge selection of car and truck stuff. Check it out!!

They always have what I need, if it's not in stock they can order it up and it's there early the next day.
