This McDonald’s is at the heart of Ephrata, well maintained, Manager in charge has kept up the building very nice!

My visit was Fast, accurate and a clean atmosphere! Coffee was delicious 😋

Excellent overall experience. Employees where friendly and very helpful. Casual conversation with employee was very pleasant. 1/4 pounder with cheese was made correctly and fries where hot, crisp and fresh.

I sometimes come here on mornings where I'm crunching for time on my way to work. The service has always been great, and the employees are really nice.

Sitting here now and loud annoying beeping noise has been sounding off for 5 -10 minutes.
No way I could work here ,it's tough just as customer

Excellent campsite and peaceful views. Clean bathrooms and a very helpful Park Ranger Derrick who gave us a good overview of the park and a kids visitor/activity guide for Ronan.

McDonald's is always an easy go to for my grandkids that are picky and it's got a nice play area that my 4 and9 year old grandkids can always find someone to play with there's always something going on in there it's a good place to have birthday parties are just staying out when it's either too hot or too cold this is my go to stop. Another thing they have the best coca cola fountain drinks in town

It was amazing and very cheep but I got a cheese burger with only ketchup and they put onions on it but I ask for it and they gave me my order (but it's really great there

My mom told me years and years ago that if you are traveling and you want to know you need to stop use the restroom, you can always count on McDonald's for a clean restroom.

Burger patties were very fresh and hot. Overall well made food, and friendly young team.

Every time we go, the food is on point. It's hot, cheese is melted, fries are fresh, service is good. I look forward to coming to this McDonald's.

Was fine they mess up orders sometimes but I used to work for McDonald's i understand HOW CRAZY it can get around there

This particular place is doing it right. The food always taste fresh. I like the lighting and large dinning area. Everyone has been extremely kind to us. They have a little area for kids to color and play games on wall-mounted touch screens. They do not have the self service order screens, but they do have mobile ordering and pickup.

Today I went to the Ephrata McDonald's. I spent 20dollars for two burnt double cheese burgers, they only had one pickle, a lil ketchup, no mustard, and no onions. And I also got a 20 piece chicken mcnuggets and they were to cooked to even eat. I go to McDonald's often, and this time is the very worst things that I have ever gotten.

Drive-thru! Quick, two lanes, big screen to double check the order, pay at first window, pick-up at second. Food was hot and fresh, nicely portioned, and separated neatly. Came with napkins without having to ask! Friendly workers, cough shields at the windows, quick and fast even at dinner rush.

Friendly staff, clean and fun atmosphere.
