Jim and his crew were amazing! They communicated well, followed up, and were great to work with. Our home looks amazing and made us wish we’d have used them sooner! After they were done, they checked in to make sure we were happy with the project. Couldn’t ask for better.

Spray Away is excellent. Arrived when they said they would and cleaned our entire two story home. All the mildew and moss on the north face is gone! Soffit and facia are immaculate. Will definitely use them again!

Jim gave an estimate for the house, chimney and deck, but included an estimate for the driveway walls and outdoor carpeting, as well. I chose everything that Jim suggested; the team did a fantastic job! It was wonderful to smell the freshly cleaned exterior surfaces when I came home. It gave a welcome facelift to an older home.

We are new to the SW Michigan area so we had to rely on the internet to find a company to pressure wash. We picked “Spray Away” because of the excellent online reviews so am paying it forward! We couldn’t be more pleased with the pressure wash of our entire home and detached garage “head to toe.”
We live in a wooded lake area so have our share of bugs, mildew/ algae, etc. Jim came when promised with professional truck mount and solutions and in a few hours our house looked like new. Their price was reasonable compared to other bids we received and the result exceeded our expectations. I will be calling Jim again and telling my neighbors we found a keeper!

We recently had Spray Away to a number of power washing jobs at our home in Lakeside. We worked directly with Jim, who I believe is the owner, and we were more than satisfied with the work that was done. He accorded us a price and was able to stick to that price. We did such a nice job, that we are planning on having them back to do additional work. I would highly recommend Spray Away for your power washing needs.

Got ahold of Jim and got a quote to power wash our home, additional garage and the roofs on both. He got right back to me with his quote and we were able to get on his schedule quickly.
They showed up to our home with their equipment and went to work!! We are so happy with the results!! They did a FANTASTIC JOB!! Bye bye cobwebs, see you later mold & moss! I have lived in this house for years. We are located by Lake Michigan, a wooded area plus a road. Our white siding gets dirty. We have used Spray Away a number of times. They are terrific - why, because they come as scheduled, do a super job, and take a professional approach. They make our house look new.

I was referred to Spray Away by a friend, I’m glad she did. Jim Vida of Spray Away was professional and easy to work with. He responded quickly when I reached out to obtain a quote. Within two days of stopping by the house, I had the quote! A date for the job was set in less than a week of accepting the quote. On a holiday (!!!), which was two days before my scheduled cleaning, Jim let me know what time of the day they would arrive. They arrived ON TIME and were respectful of my property. Their truck and trailer were in great condition and easily identified as the company.

Jim and a partner came to our home and cleaned 3 buildings (large home, large pole barn, and a three car detached garage) in 2 hours! During the cleaning they were environmentally friendly and saved a tree frog!

They are fast, left no damage, cleaned up after themselves, were friendly, and professional!! They stuck to the quote and did not try upsell me on the day of the cleaning.

Jim provides both exceptional customer service and the service itself. He explained the process in detail and the reasons why it’s essential to clean your roof at least every 3-5 years to prolong its life and avoid needless erosion. He was careful with my patio furniture and respectful of the surrounding area. There is no other person i would trust to provide roof and gutter cleaning. He also took an interest in offering trusted referrals for other things I may need which I greatly appreciate. A thought-ful, on time and very efficient fantastic experience ! Is it 3 years yet? I’d gladly have him back again !
