Take 5 Oil Change

I pulled in for an oil change, I usually do it myself, but I was busy that day and it was hot. I was greeted by Matt and Earl with a smile and a bottle of water. Matt discussed what services I would like, I responded with an oil change. Easy drive in, and I didn’t even need to get out of my vehicle. Matt and Earl were prompt, professional , and skilled. They also checked for leaks, wear and tear items and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. That’s trust! Thank you for a great experience Matt and Earl! Like I said, I always change my own oil, but if I’m in the situation that I can’t, then I will bring my vehicle to you.

Fast, friendly service. They made me for comfortable driving over the “hole” and they offer a veteran's discount. I definitely plan on returning!

Earl and his crew are great. Always friendly and informative about anything they find during service. Always get a cold water and a dumdum for my daughter. I have a small oil leak and would stop in every so often for a quick top- off between changes, no charge.

This is the second time I’ve had an oil change at Take 5 in East Peoria. I went back to them yesterday because I had such a great experience there last time: It was an incredibly hot day, and the man who greeted me outside offered me a water bottle which was greatly appreciated. Yesterday, I was again greeted by a man who offered me a bottle of water right away. It’s a small gesture, but I really appreciated it both times. The service was quick and easy. The gentlemen who serviced my car were extremely polite, bright, and courteous. A young man offered to help me reset my dash’s oil alert before I left. I greatly appreciated that, and asked him to tell me about another symbol on my dash of which I was unfamiliar. He kindly showed me that, too. There are three oil change stations closer to my home than this one, but I’ve made the East Peoria Take 5 my oil change “home.” Kind, efficient, bright mechanics and competitive rates.

very quick and thorough.. it nice that they have sit in truck so you can here everything.. showed me engine levels.. and open on Sunday.. heck ya!

I was given a $25 off oil change coupon to go to this Washington location since the Pekin location was closed. While I was there I was able to get in right away... however they didn't have any filters on hand for my type of vehicle. I didn't mind waiting for Auto Zone to bring them. They staff was kind, professional, caring and most of all funny to talk with. I was given another $10 off for being inconvenienced (I wasn't nor did I feel that way) Best experience in a long time. I'll make the drive every time! These guys were great!!

I always get exceptional service. They train their employees very well. They communicate thoroughly and make sure one heard the other 1 clearly.

If anyone's curious, I went to the one in East Peoria.
As you may know, prices are soaring right now. So don't be surprised when you see how much and oil change is nowadays. I've been told they have raised their prices 3 times in 1 year.
Service is excellent, prices are gouging. Overall, I recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this location. Staff were friendly, helpful and worked on my car like a NASCAR pit crew. I was in and out in probably 15 mins during a lunch break. They didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need, which I appreciate as a younger female. I used a coupon I found online for my oil change, and they also gave me a coupon for a new oil filter. This will likely be my new oil change spot from here on out.

They actually care, that's hard to find around here despite being a nationwide franchise this Take 5 doesn't have emotionless robots, it's refreshing. Keep it up guys yall doin good work.

Jordan Andrews and Matt from the East Peoria Take 5 location do an outstanding job. They have a proven track record and are trustworthy, competent professionals. I’ve known Jordan’s family for 30 years and it’s no surprise to me he follows closely in his parents footsteps with his great attitude, aptitude and motivation. I would highly recommend Jordan to set the trend as the shining example of what Take 5 should expect from their employees.

I usually change my own oil but the pan plug was too tight on my new car. I took the car to the E.P. Take 5. They got the plug out with some effort and the rest of the change went wonderfully. The gentlemen were professional, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommend.

Everyone at this location during my visit were absolutely incredible. Extremely nice, efficient, and personable. It was not only a pleasant visit but enjoyable! Give them a raise for being so wonderful!

Earl and Zeb were amazing my tire light came on I was 45 mins from home and I saw take 5 I pulled in and Earl was more then happy to help I was so relieved and Zeb even washed my windows they ck all am tired aired them up and let me know that I needed to get one replaced very soon I definitely will be back for an oil change with this kind of service when I wasn't even a customer well gentlemen you made a customer out of me thank you

Jordan and boys are excellent really proud of this guy I worked with him when he was just a regular employee I remember the day the guy was hired when I worked a shop 163 now he's a shop manager I'm really proud of this incredible person he's turned out to be thanks for the great service
