Wendy's

Really good hot fries it was really good my dad and me had to wait for hours in a line but I really didn't care cuz the food was super hot better and McDonald's anymore McDonald's and Culver's doesn't do any good food. We had no cheese on our Burger I was so mad. And then McDonald's I don't know what's going on with them they don't have any good food anymore. If I have to go to a place I would go to Wendy's.

Excellent customer service! My order was correct. The only thing was the chili. We hadn't had Wendy's chili in a long time and it didn't taste like it used to. It was spicy and not nearly as good as we remembered.

They good food for cheap and they are feiendly

If my burger had been hot, the food would have been 5 star.
The service was outstanding. I have frequented the Peoria location many times, but the location in East Peoria was incredible. They were all friendly, helpful, patient, and even checked on us as we ate....what fast food place does that??
I should also mention we were a group of 25 students and assistants from a school. I will go back here for their service alone.

The food at this Wendy's is always fresh. Staff is always friendly, I went through the drive-through, and it was fast service. They get your order right every time.

Taco salad not like we expected. No real meat looked more like a cup of chilli with beans then meat sauce. single burger was OK. Drinks Ok too. Overall it was OK.

Beautiful inside. Food was great. And the employees were ok. Not real friendly. But not rude either.

Bacon was too hard and crunchy on my sandwich

Wendy's always has good food but this place is off the hook busy at lunch time. So be prepared to wait over lunch hour.

I was very pleased with the service I received I didn't catch the ladies' names but thy were SO very nice I thanked them both for being there because in the past I've received sub par performance from other drive through's. However, these Ladies have renewed my faith in the most basic form of customer service.....Thank-you and your welcome. Those simple words are words that are nearly lost in this day and age. I know they were SUPER busy most of the day and they didn't even show that they were tired and probably worn out. Again, Thank-you Ladies, it was a most enjoyable experience !! And the food was PHENOMENAL also a BIG Thank-you to the ones who prepared our food....you did excellent as well !!! You have a great crew keep up the great work !

I always enjoy Wendy's food. Love the spicy chicken sandwich then a Jr. Frosty with my 2 dollar key tag 😊

Awesome customer service. I will drive to this Wendy’s. The other Wendy’s off of sterling I believe was so nasty. I’m so happy this Wendy’s is amazing!!

Last week I drove from this Wendy's to Pekin after buying 3 salads. I was bummed that some ingredients were missing. I called Wendy's to let them know and they assured me that it was an accident and took my name down. Mia was apologetic on the phone and kindly accommodated me . Next time I am in town, she said, to come by and get my salads replaced for free. I thought it was too good to be true. So today I stopped in and a ♂ manager took care of getting me the salads. I only paid $1 for a drink! I thought this was amazing how much they cared about making it right, and I am so grateful. These employees are good, honest people taking pride in their jobs.

Haven't had it for years, work nearby tried it! It was great $1 any size fries,ifyou love french fries Wendy french fries are smaller than they used to be but they taste the same. I remember back when they said they were making them smaller I didn't think it'd be the same actually might be an improvement!

Went through drive thru. Service was quick; staff were very courteous. Got there biggie, or whatever they call it. Double bacon cheeseburger, french fries, chicken nuggets & I pay 49 cents upcharge to get a frostee instead of soda. All this for $5! Everything was very good & you can't beat the price!! I also get their chili. I love their chili; it tastes like what my Mom used to make!!

I have visited this location a total of eight times since it has opened, I have been very satisfied with the service and quality of food every time I've chosen to dine here. The food is always prepared with precision and is always presentable. Today my visit was different than my previous visits, today I ordered the spicy Asiago Club meal and had my fries upgraded to the baconator fries. While I was enjoying my meal which was made to order and very well put together an employee named Shareese (I hope I spelled that correctly) did something I've never before seen done at a fast food establishment and demonstrated the up most level of customer service I could ever hope to expect from an establishment of this nature. There was an elderly couple sitting in the dining room, they had already ordered and finished their meal before I even sat down with my food, they were just sitting and talking to each other peacefully enjoying each other's company with a tray full of garbage sitting between them on the table. Shareese was cleaning the dining room, she wiped down the table next to the couple and then approached them and asked very politely if she could collect their gray for them. The couple said "yes please, thank you." She then proceeded to collect the tray and she dumped it in the trash, the elderly woman at the table seemed genuinely grateful that the tray was picked up for them. I have never seen an employee demonstrate this level of hospitality at any fast food establishment before, I was genuinely surprised. Based on my experience at this establishment it is nothing short of extraordinary. it is always kept clean, the food is always delicious and never carelessly slapped together, my orders have always been accurate, and the customer service has always been truly outstanding. This location is my image of a perfect Wendys. They seem to have such an extraordinary and motivated team that cares about their image and customer satisfaction. I live in a different city with a Wendys that can't even compare to the level of service I have received here, I will always choose this East Peoria Wendys over my local one. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I waited in line for 20 minutes before I ordered and 15 minutes while I was at the pay window while the lady was on the phone and got up and left the window. I paid at second window got my food and left. I did not get what I ordered and the food was cold. This was the third time the service and food was terrible.

Used mobile ordering .. worked out great. Young dude with DragonBall Z tattoo was super awesome. We needed to emergency add an orange juice for our diabetic daughter whose blood sugar was dropping and he graciously just gave it to us.

Wendy's breakfast is by FAR the BEST fast food breakfast around! The Breakfast Baconator (served in a bowl for those of you who watch carbs, like me), the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant, the Honey Butter biscuit (with or without Chicken), and of course the Frosty ccino are ALL outstanding! For lunch or dinner, my go-to is the Half Chicken Caesar Salad! Customize your order at will, and it's ALWAYS accurate! And the employees are ALWAYS polite! Highly recommend!!!
