I always get in and out fast. The staff knows they stuff. I say what i want they grab it. I drive past the closest game stop to me to go to this one. Its worth the extra gas money.

I love GameStop and especially this location. I have been coming here for years. And I have met, talked, interacted with a lot of staff. And every single one of them have been so amazing. The most friendly, funny whitty bunch. This is either a thing taught or the hiring people know how to pickem. But I love this place.

Went there today to see if they had an original Xbox 360 power supply (which they did not) and ended up sitting up there for quite a few minutes while the lovely lady was calling around to see if other stores had one around my area but still no luck but even though they could not find what I was looking for they were amazing regardless for their genuine effort and kindness a big shout out to Katie and Steven up there they were amazing non the less

I bought a pre-owned PS4 online as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Let's put it this way and say, I will Never by a pre-owned system again. I brought the defective PS4 console I purchased to the Gamestop on Telegraph in Taylor and was assisted by the two employees Johnny and DeShone on the day after Christmas. Being the only two employees and everyone anxious and excited with Christmas $ in hand, the store kept going from empty to full.. Needless to say both Johnny and DeShone managed to handle business volume like pros and called 2 different higher ups to figure out how to help me get full credit back for the faulty console I purchased.. Even though it was no fault to that particular store. Both Johnny and DeShone both kept up a positive, helpful attitude even when super busy and helped me bring the Christmas magic with a new working PS4!!!

My 13 yr old son has autism. Staff are always willing to listen to him explain the game he wants because he can't remember the name. Then show him the games until he recognizes what he's explaining. Steven has helped many times. Great employee. Thank You! A little kindness goes a long way.

Rick is an amazing employee, he fully took care of us and went above and beyond to help us with the issue the assistant manager Steven caused us.

This location has really nice service and provide as much support and information they can. Above all i admire the effort they put in to make sure I had anything i needed.

I went there with my son he want to buy a new game for his Xbox and he asked the gentleman on the counter like a thousand questions and he was very nice and replied all his questions. Thank you!

The manager katie is so knowledgeable and very sweet..she helped my son have a wonderful and fun xmas last year by helping me with my purchase. As well all our needs & continues to help us when we go in with games theres a ton of things to know when getting a system and if you need help with buying a system the Taylor store is great as they have a staff of very smart individuals katie sry if I'm spelling your name wrong .I just want to say thank you for all you helped work and the staff at the taylor Michigan store by Walmart. .you all rock so smart and always very nice and never rush you during your purchase and or your inquiry..wtg all!

Such a great neighborhood store! Employees are really nice and attentive, especially the associate Katie. Very helpful when I was needing help making a purchase.

Loved it they really know what there doing here with a wide selection of video games for PS PSP Xbox one 360 an Wii if that's your thing they also have great prices on collectable video game figures and Life like models for any game you can possibly think of give or take a few they were a tiny bit low on gold year long gift cards however the lady helping us was really nice and helpful I will be back soon to meet my Destiny lol but anyway stop by and pick up something you definitely won't regret it

Katie at taylor store is great as are the others too as they are helpful they dont ignore me or give me a difficult time as I'm a customer that has to ask questions at times especially in games stop as I'm buying things for my son and they helped me get a package system with games have me a great deal and didn't give me attitude for needing help .thank you for helping me again game stop staff I'll be back for this christmas season to get some goodies too as we you soon. .always clean store always great items to purchase gift cards toys games and games and systems as well controllers and refurbished systems too ...shirts keychains wallets socks ect.lol

Approached immediately and asked several times if I need help. Had Nintendo Switch games I needed for gifts. Great check out and staff was knowledgeable.

Most of the time (I'd say 95%) it's quick to get through the line and they have a great selection of videogame merchandise (not just games). Service there is great and helpful and thankfully knowledgeable for those who need it. Fully recommend.
