Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I just wanted to share my experience. Lately my experience with take out has not been pleasurable. The customer service has been lousy and the food quality has went down the drain. But today was different I visited my local Zaxby’s and my food was amazing the customer service was excellent the chicken taste like chicken it was seasoned and hot. The food was fresh and the quality was beyond my expectations my fries were hot and crispy. I was so delighted by this experience, my sweet tea taste like sweet tea. I just want to give a true shout out to management and the service team thank you for all you do and all your doing I will be back.

What a wonderful surprise!!! After visiting Legoland, and on our way to Fort Lauderdale, we were all hungry!! We ordered the 20 piece chicken tenders!! What a great idea!! All of the food was hot, and well seasoned. Everyone was so happy!!!

On our way back to Miami we stopped into Zaxby's. The bathroom was very clean. The young lady who took our order was very efficient read back the order for us to make sure it was correct. We ordered cheese bites, fries, chicken wings, and a chicken sandwich. The food was so good! The cheese bites were hot freshly cooked. The fries had the right amount of seasoning. The chicken was so tender, fried to perfection, and the sauces were great. We will definitely be adding Zaxby's to our road trip stops.

I rather like this place. That was my first time there. I mainly wanted to ask directions on how to get back home. I also got a snack, cookies 🍪 an a drink to have on my way home. The cookies 🍪 were very good.

Whenever I worked in fast food if there's two people checking out people in the front registers and one is not busy one should be out in the dining room cleaning the trash needed to be done the tables need to be done the floors need to be swept but other than that the food was delicious

The menu is simple which is a plus. The crinkle cut fries have seasoning salt which is yummy. The kids loved their chicken sandwiches. They did not put down their sandwich until is was completed which is abnormal. There is no oily taste to the the fried food which implies the cooking oil is fresh. They have a coke freestyle machine which is a plus. I started this review at a four but I ended at a five. They do have some healthier alternatives that I did not try. Including grilled chicken fingers and salads.

Got the Zaxby's chicken Club sandwich. Not bad! The Zaxby's Sauce is delicious for your fries.

This place is a hidden gem!! The food is awesome!!

My boneless wings were great. You can choose any kind of flavor, hot, spicy or sweet. I love their season fries as well.

I can't read the atmosphere because I've never been inside. I can say the service is wonderful and the food is delicious. Twice I've gotten unseasoned fries, but that won't stop us from coming every 2 weeks. Thank You!

Haven't ordered from here in about a year, last time we ordered from here it was bad waited over an hour for our food and completely messed up. This time it was fast and the food was delicious. Thank you!

great food, (i recommend the great 8 boneless wings with buffalo its excellent) keep that horrific bread slice tho

Incompetent, the store layout is incompetent and leads to confused customers and poor execution of food delivery. Walk in thru main door, weave thru people standing waiting for their order, get in line to order while people weave thru that line to get to soda fountain, order food then weave thru people to get to soda fountain, then weave back thru people trying to order to stand in line for ordered food, all while awkward bench placed in between the 2 lines.

Excellent food, friendly staff. Their meals are very satisfying.

Bravo for being open after the hurricane and helping to keep the community fed and with smiles on your faces. This is the first time I've ever been to a Zaxbys personally and food was good. Took a hurricane coming through the area to go, but I'm glad I did. I'll be back.

Popeyes, KFC and chic fil a...bow down before the true chicken kings! Zaxbys has the chicken game on lock! The kickin chicken sandwich meal always warms my soul. I highly recommend this fine establishment to ANYBODY looking for Excellent food and top notch customer service! Thank you!

We decided to go to Zaxby's for dinner on a Friday night and overall it was very good. We got the spicy mushroom appetizer which were sliced mushrooms and the batter was not heavy. For our meal we got chicken fingers and chicken wings both of which were juicy and very meaty. These wings or some of the best I've had and some time. We will definitely be back.
