A Milkhouse Party

I hosted my baby shower here over the weekend and it was perfect! All my guests complimented the venue. It was unique, adorable, and welcoming! I highly recommend adding the floral package! The florals were stunning and exactly as I pictured in my mind. Planning and communication was extremely smooth and I love the amount of time you get at the venue for set up, event, and clean up. I would recommend a million times over!

This place is a hidden gem in South Jersey. I thought I would not be able to find an affordable cute rustic place around there. We were throwing a jack and jill shower. It was also the first time my family and his family hung out at a function so it was a big deal. We needed a place that was in between Vineland NJ and Philadelphia PA to host our sides of the family. I was looking at barns, farms and other small gathering areas with a nice farm-house feel. Most of these events places asked for an astronomical price to rent a place for a couple of hours. Even the private events room at restaurants were too expensive. I had a really low budget and wanted to DIY to save money but most places try to get you with the packages they offer. The thing is, my parents are awesome cooks and my friends offered to do a potluck so we didn't need food. I thought all hopes were lost until I stumbled upon A Milkhouse Party! It is honestly the cutest events place I have ever seen. It was so homey and cute. It was rustic, farm-style and vintage. They let you rent the entire place for the day. There was no time limit when we booked our event. That really took away stress and helped us enjoy the day even more because we didn't have to worry about time constraints. We got to bring our own food and they even provided serving plates. The yard is big and really cute setting for photoshoots. There's an outdoor seating area which I thought would be so cute for bonfires but we were there during the day in the middle of the summer so we didn't do that but you can! Utensils and vintage tea cups were available to use. It made the party even more memorable. They provided keurig machine and we just brought our own k-cups but they provided some as well. The little stage area was really thoughtful and made the event a lot more fun. There's even a cute photobooth area with a backdrop you can set up. We just added the love balloon. It was the total package! We had such a great time. Lots of little pocket areas for small gathering areas. You don't feel awkward in a big open space. For example the couch area, the photobooth area, the outdoor seating area you can also grill out there, the dining area, the stage area, etc! It's just super cool there and the owners are really nice and super creative. They also own a floral shop and they create the most beautiful dreamy rustic arrangements check out A Garden Party to see their work. You can do a package with them if you need flowers too. I wished I found out about this place before I booked my wedding reception because I would have totally gone here. I'd recommend A Milkhouse Party to anyone who's looking for a cute events place in South Jersey. It's easy to get to from Philly too so that's not a problem either if most of your guests are coming from there. :)

My husband and I were looking for the perfect place to have our rehearsal dinner and could not have been happier with A Milkhouse Party. They were so great to work with, so professional, and very helpful.

It is decorated beautifully, we didn't have to do a thing to the space which made it so easy to just walk in and enjoy ourselves. The outdoor area is really nice to use as well! It has a special vibe where you can feel right at home while at the same time enjoying the great atmosphere!!

A Milkhouse Party is such a cute venue! I held my sister's bridal shower here and it was adorable.

I am so happy I found this place for my daughters second birthday party. It had everything I needed so all I pretty much had to do was bring my own food and drinks. My guests could not stop talking about how great this place was. And it was a pleasure working with Dawn and everyone at the Garden Party! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly.

Do yourself a favor and just go ahead and book this place for your event! You won't regret it! Will definitely come back for any future celebrations!

We hosted a bridal shower in August for my best friend and everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed having the whole space to work with, and also the freedom to choose our own timeframe. Expectations for set up, clean up, how to sign up for day-of insurance, and extra additions that are offered, were clearly communicated in the contract and in conversations with Dawn and Christine. Dawn was quick with her email responses and answered all of our questions. The space is adorable and unique and everyone had a wonderful time!

A very unique event place appropriate for mid sized gatherings. The decor is one of a kind!

Located in the middle of an operating farm. Very out of the way, in the middle of rural south jersey.

Outdoor location is welcoming, has a few shaded seats.

The restroom facilities could stand being a bit more private, but somewhat of a tradeoff for a event space in former farm building.

Used space for best friend’s bridal shower. Best experience ever. She loved it!!!! The entire time all the guests could talk about was how beautiful the space was. Already comes decorated. Worth every single penny. Definitely will use space in the future for other events. We come from the mount laurel area, and it’s an easy drive, again well worth the 45 mins. Kelsey is who I coordinated with, she was quick to respond to all my emails and was extremely helpful. Just an amazing space. Loved it!

Great. I Enjoyed coming together with family and friends to Memorialize my Mother-in-law. Who passed one month ago. The Milk house was a beautiful setting for it. Their garden area outside is beautiful also.

We were there for a graduation party last week found it to be interesting concept I'm assuming they rented the building and the outside area. But you do everything yourself decorations if you wish and you're cooking they have a barbecue and a taco theme one thing I did not notice if they had was a kitchen to prepare food or not and I can't say how much it cost to rent or the amount of hours you can rent it for butI would think it was reasonable

I was thrown the most beautiful baby shower at A milkhouse party earlier this month! I was able to enjoy it with hardly any set up because these ladies had it all ready for me. My guests were blown away with how beautiful the place was! I highly recommend using this place for your special events its worth every penny!

I had the pleasure of hosting a baby shower for my best girlfriend back at "A Milkhouse Party" in November 2018. She knew of the Milkhouse already, having had been to a few events their herself as a guest, and knew that she wanted to have her own baby shower there. While we toured different venues, Milkhouse was our first stop! We met with Kelsey, and she was so wonderful giving us a tour of the location, showing us how beautiful the space was. She was very helpful when it came to discussing the details of our event, and had suggestions for how to make our ideas even better. Once we decided to book, our date was available and we made a deposit. The planning process was so easy and enjoyable. They a custom menu as far as what you might want to do yourself and what they are willing to do to help you with your event. We did all of our own set up, but it was comforting to know that I could call on them for help if need be. They were able to suggest a few local caterers which was extremely helpful. The day of the event we paid our final balance, and came early to set up our event. We got nothing but RAVE REVIEWS from our guests and the unique space was perfect for our intimate shower. The existing decor was so special, and lended itself well to our theme. While we did bring our own decorations, let it be known that you can just simply walk in the day of the event with nothing but the guests and have a wonderful party. The front parlor room was used for our food, the photobooth area held our guest sign in and our diaper raffle drop, the main room in the rear held our guests and gifts. The stage is a perfect place for a Mom to be to open her gifts with a great view for all guests to see. One of the owners, Mary, was a delight to talk with. You can tell this family loves this space and loves to share it with others. My future baby shower will absolutely be here and I cant wait to come back and celebrate. Simply beautiful. Simply perfect! It's a place full of love and memories. Book your Milkhouse Party right away! You wont regret it. <3

Venue was nice and the outside area is just as lovely. Great decorations and a perfect place to celebrate and still be able to organize it for social distancing without people feeling that they’re too far away. Thanks I enjoyed celebrating my birthday there.

Had my son and daughter in laws baby shower there .. it was so perfect! They helped with all of the extra touches like flowers and balloons! They sent me pictures and gave me suggestions to help with the process. Everyone raved on how sweet and adorable it was. Would highly recommend anyone that is having a small gathering to have it there!

I was honored to have the opportunity to host one of my close friends bridal shower at the milkhouse! It was such an amazing experience! They handled everything! From the linens, to the decorations, to the place settings, I loved it! They really know how to listen to your inspirations and make them a reality. The perfect place for a small meeting, wedding, or just a fun get together for your girlfriends. They always offer fun events where you can experience something new. I love the renovation, women who work there, and the memories I have made in the short amount of time that Milkhouse has been open. I definitely recommend you attend an event or book for a party.

The decor is the cutest. It's the perfect setting for a small gathering party of around 50 or less on a training or cold day..with the outside area..you can double that. Very cute

Great worry free venue! I held my bridal shower here in 2019 and all my guests had a great time. Love that everything is already there and decorated for you.

The venue is absolutely stunning, the owners and staff are polite, helpful, and really help you have a good time making your bouquets and arrangements. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. 6/5 stars!
