Dunkin' across from Wal-Mart in Cicero is consistently the best. They are efficient, really nice and get the order right!

Delicious drink! Used the rewards on my app to place the order in advance and it was ready in minutes (we were right next door and drove over as soon as the order was placed, it was ready when we pulled up). Also… the large is MASSIVE! Highly recommend this place.

the ladies at the drive-thru window are always super sweet. i see them almost everyday and they never fail to make me smile by complimenting my truck. such a amazing staff!

Shirley is the best!! ALWAYS personable, doesn't matter who you are. And Her current location @ the Cicero Store is one of the best stores to go to! My Sister Raves about them all the time!! Super accurate with the orders, friendly and fast! Thank you for all that you do and keep up the good work!!

Sunday morning at 8am & they cooked my sesame bagel PERFECTLY & the cream cheese WAS THE BEST! It was actually spread onto the bagel nicely, which I truly appreciate, as most places give you a bagel with cream cheese chunks.Thanks for being awesome Dunkin!

i would like chris the dude with the long hair to have a raise Me and my aunt went to dunkin and ordered our food then we added something on to our meal when we were at checkout thingy and my aunt heard a worker say of course they are and chris proceeded to give us a free donut for this and apologize thank u chris u a w

Good food, excellent service and out of their way customer service. I asked the front counter cashier if they had hand wipes and she said no but offered a wet paper towel!! 😊 Which was very helpful for this mom of 2 who had forgotten the diaper bag with my wipes in them thinking we were just taking a quick trip but end up stopping here and of course my 2 year old daughter gets a Boston cream donut and gets chocolate ALL over her! 😂 The wet paper towels really helped this Momma out in a messy situation!

This is definitely my favorite Dunk's in the area. Hardly ever backed up, when it is, it goes fast. The employees are friendly and the coffee always great and consistent, unlike the other Dunkin Donuts in the area.

Coffee was great. I ordered snakin bacon. It was served cold. At first he said it was served cold. Yuk! He ended up warming it up for me so 5 stars Thankyou

Sometimes the hot dunkachino isnt very hot....idk why that would happen....the staff is helpful and accomodating.sometimes i get xtra whip and have them upsize the cup for the room...i mean xtra😂😂😂😂

Very friendly people clean environment they make you feel at home while you're in there they wait on you as fast as I can if they can't their be like I'll be right with you sorry and then when you get up there they apologize if you had to wait a little bit or even for a minute very nice service love it will go back again highly recommended this is one of the best Dunkin Donuts stores that I've been to

Donuts and coffee, along with other food items and beverages. You know what to expect if you're stopping in here. The food is tasty and the coffee is usually good. If you don't like this location, don't worry because there's another one to stop at within 2 miles if you drive North or South.

Had breakfast with my granddaughter, I had a breakfast taco, small but yummy plus a chai latte.

Stopped with my granddaughter after church to get 1 doz donuts. It was very busy but they got the line through very quickly & efficiently.

This place always makes my coffee perfect and there is never a ridiculously long wait. Love it.

Stop every night before work. It's what gets me through. All the girls know my order by ❤
