8/2/24. Friday evening. There was only 2 employees at the store. One was doing dog training. The other, Megan, was the other worker. A big shout out to Megan. Not only was she having to run the registers, she was also helping us with our questions. WITHOUT AN ATTITUDE! She was a pleasure to work with. I hope her manager knows what a wonderful employee they have! Thanks for a great experience.

Received a msg from vet about a specific food for my pets. Petco was the 1st to pop up that showed it was available. I got there and it was due to close in 10 to 15 minutes.
The employees were very accommodating. Answered any questions I had, showed me alternatives and let me know the return policy incase the recommended one didn't go well.
They also let me know about the vaccine and grooming services which I had no idea were available. And signed me up for the card when I was checking out. All that and they still closed on time. I appreciated the time they gave and help I received while I was there and will be returning ( without my purchases because they worked out).
I wish I could remember the 3 names of the employees).

Anytime I go to Petco for Dog Grooming or Shopping items, always Friendly Faces willing to help. I enjoy going to a place that makes you feel welcome and important. The Entire Staff is Amazing and Sierra my Groomer is Fabulous!!! All the Groomers are but she knows my Yogi and his needs!!! Well Done Petco Staff!!

My long-haired senior cat Sweetie Pie was in desperate need of a Sani-trim. She was having a difficult time even using her litter box. I called on Tuesday morning in hopes they would have an availability that day which they did at 2 PM. I brought Sweetie Pie there and Alexis was such a sweetheart! She really treated her as though she was the only animal that she had to groom. Sweetie pie's fur was so matted and knotted because she hadn't been letting me groom her lately. Alexis and Sierra went so far above and beyond to make sure that she was shaved down and the knots removed. When it was all over Alexis told me that she almost threw in the towel because Sweetie Pie was getting agitated. But she knew she needed it so she forged ahead and finished the job. Sweetie Pie felt like a million bucks afterwards! She's going back for a full grooming next week. These women are outstanding! You can tell they care about animals and the job that they do. Thanks Alexis and Sierra for a job well done!

People are very nice and helpful, And they have a Mobile vet in store.

This was our second time taking our Kelpie to get groomed here. We absolutely LOVE it. Sierra did an amazing job with him. He’s a pretty scared pup and doesn’t like the unknown, but she did amazing with him after acknowledging how skiddish he was. Couldn’t have been any happier!

I needed a 75 gallon aquarium and they had it in stock for a very reasonable able price.

We are going to Petco Middleburg Heights and working with Alda the professional human trainer :) Alda is helping us and our 8 month old puppy to learn the correct commands. Alda has helped us to use the right words to get "Tank" to do what WE want. It is a challenge for a couple of seniors to take on but with Alda's help we will have a great buddy.

The fellow that helped me, both on the phone & in the store was very knowledgeable. He also rang up my items, sorry I can not remember his name. I do wish you would carry Barkworthies Curly collagen bully sticks!

I love this place! My fur son Myles is taking the low cost training class here. It gives him weekly interaction with people and other dogs. It's also more bonding time for us!

For starters I didn’t know what to expect, our dog is a rescue that we chose each other 3 weeks ago. I had know idea what to expect. We dropped him off he was overly excited, from what we were told he behaved very well.
So I would say everything was excellent from the store experience to the young lady who took care of our dog.

I brought my dog in for grooming that a different groomer was having trouble with, not because he is aggressive but because he is wiggly. It was getting to the point where the hair on his face was so long that it was blocking his eyes. I explained the situation to Alexis (I think or maybe Alexa - sorry) and I told her if they couldn't groom his face I would understand and I would do the best I could to groom him myself. She took my dog in the back for a little bit and he came out looking beautiful. I could finally see those big eyes and his beard was trimmed very nicely too.

Great experience... Adopted our cat Aries, and we love him. The customer service was amazing and very helpful... The lady Chris who we adopted the cat from was phenomenal.

They always do a good job and my dog always smells good when I get him back not like some other place I use to take him.

I love this location and all of the workers there. I volunteer for the local kennel and we have adoptable cats at their store. The whole staff is so kind and wonderful to us and especially to our adoptable cats. I know I can trust them to be a watchful eye and let us know if they have any concerns and they will contact us immediately. I appreciate the management so much at this store for being so welcoming to us. Steve, Matt, and Laura are fantastic.

Such a great experience. Extremely helpful staff. All I went in for was a simple pet brush. I was dumbfounded that one of your associates Kara walked me through the products I need. Noticing how helpful she was, asked where I could find a good dog shampoo,. Because my dog is dandruffy and she walked me through the many assortments or oatmeal based shampoo for dogs. I am taking back by how good the customer service here is.
