Burger King

I took this Burger King over in July as the RGM and I’m pretty proud of my team and the work we have done. There’s been some disgruntled customers and x employees that have had some not so great experiences with this location and I can reassure you that I will do my best to change your mind and make your experience better. Come talk to me and I’ll help get your problems solved. We are here to serve you, because YOU RULE!

Please disgard the review by R.J. Olszewski. He is only leaving this review because he was turned down for a job there. I know a fact that the GM does an amazing job and runs a tight ship. She is courteous to all guests and goes out of her way to make each customers experience a the best it can be. This store has greatly improved under her leadership and will only continue to improve with her at the helm. I am not related to her nor am I one of her employees, so before that is given as an excuse as to why I'm making this review, I wanted to clarify. Just remember that not all reviews are based of actual experiences, some are retaliation.

Ruth was amazing hard worker ❤ very sweet this burger king is very lucky to have a woman like Ruth working for them

When I went here I had to experience the onions to the onions and sesame seeds kind of on the beef. It was pretty enjoyable. Kind of regret the daddy onions cause he wonked the gormby and I bet Connecticut knew it. Was a scent u can't deny as the service are to be flavorful! Juicy beef and shakes. Much juice. I came to the onions again but not daddy onions. Don't need to work no more haha. Thanking burger king! Good service!

Have refused to come to this location for the longest time because of people attitudes and always having our order wrong. We went in tonight and the service was fantastic and the food was great. Will for sure keep coming now. The employees were amazing and the manager was the sweetest.

I haven't stopped and ate at a Burger King in years. I decided to give them another chance, the store was clean, the employee's were polite and friendly. I tried the new ch'king sandwich, it was good, like really good. I'll definitely go back to this location.

Basic Burger King. I just got dessert which was good. Can't go wrong with a Hershey Sundae Pie. Although, I wish they'd put it in the bag right or a bigger bag. Sucks when it's all crushed, smashed and smushed.

I love Burger King's food it is so delicious the Whoppers need to be sloppier but besides that perfect

I've been going to this Burger King about once a week. I have had hot fries and a good fresh burger every time. Service is good.

Staff was kind and helpful. Food was hot and delicious. Customers were terrible but that's not the stores fault. Sorry you have to deal with us.

Thanks to Katie and the rest of the crew today! Absolutely made sure I left with a smile!!! You cant fond service and pleasant attitudes like Katie and her co-workers! Order was 100 percent correct and fresh and I felt like they actually cared about my needs even asking if I needed things I hadn't even thought of!! Thanks again BK staff! Givem' the MVP award!!!

I haven't been to Burger King in over 20 year's. I rarely eat fast food but if I do it's McDonald's Mcgriddle maybe 2 times a year. I had a sausage croissant cause that's all they had by 10 am but it was surprisingly delicious. I would have it again!

I typically come through the drive thru and for the past 6 maybe 8 months, I've noticed Burger Kings Staff has been increasing better. They sound nice on the mic sometimes ask me about my day. I will say however I almost gave a 4 star only because there has been a few times where I could tell the food was old and had been sitting. But I used to work at this very same burger king about 3 years ago, and the staff then seemed sad, unhappy and didnt help me either. So I'm glad to see the staff's happiness and service improving. At least from my side as the customer. Thank you!

Another home run in Service today! Perfectly assembled, hot, fast service! Very nice, professional attendant at the window.

Food has always been fresh and delicious, I wish every burger king was like this

Fast, friendly service & great food for a much better price than McDonald's! They also have some great deals if you use the coupons that come in the mail. I'm talking like $12 or more of food on some of them for $5. Can't beat it!

I was blaming the COVID shutting the doors but this one just plain old needs to shut down for alot of reasons other than COVID..service is better at Arby's
