Great service fast workers. And the food was delicious hot to order and on it when we got to the window with do you need ketchup or salt or pepper and told us our napkins and straws were in the bag can't ask for more than that.

We had a great time. Manager was awesome and the lobby vibe was cool.

The same dependable McDonald's breakfast. A large family order - 100% correct... All the utensils and fixings. I wish I had a pipeline to the fried potatoes cakes.

My dining experience at McDonald's took a new direction today. I was greeted as I entered the dining room and invited to order up on the new McDonald's kiosk. The staffer was friendly, helpful, and patient, and talked me through my desired options. A second staffer also assisted with very helpful tips on how the menu item categories are structured in the kiosk menu which added a very helpful understanding of navigating selections. I also interacted with the shift leader and restaurant manager who welcomed feedback with smiles and thanks.

My visit to this restaurant helped me see that McDonald's is making positive organizational change.

The two young ladies who waited on me were very sweet and helpful.
The food was good. Their Sweet Tea is the best😋 I will go out of my way just so I can get their Sweet Tea. They always give you a cup holder.

The service was great. The employees were very attentive to my needs, and it sounds unheard of at a McDonald's restaurant. There was one employee who really stood out. She seemed to be having a stressful day, but she remained professional the whole time dealing with unruly customers with a smile. I don't know her name, but I will never forget her smile she gave me my order and told me to have a good night. The food was hot and fresh, another surprise, McDonald's was batting a thousand 👌 I will be making this my McDonald's of choice while I'm in the area.

The early morning crew was patient and exceptionally customer friendly. They masterfully took care of a sudden influx of customers and provided service as a matter of routine. It was superb to see a team conduct themselves so professionally.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is causal,the seating is accommodating and the Service inside great. The drive thru leaves a lot to be desired... something is always wrong, takes too long and they have too much playing around, instead of getting your
Order correct and getting your order out in a timely fashion. Just a hint.... look at the prices and do the math... like chicken nuggets (2 -6 piece orders) cost the same as a 20 piece order!

Shout out to McDonald’s employees for keeping it on point during this pandemic. I’m usually a BK fan, only because it’s closer, I hate having to go all the way down the BLVD, because I’m usually in a hurry when I go, but it’s definitely worth the extra little mile or two to actually get hot food, and it’s correct the FIRST time. I didn’t get that lucky pre-pandemic right off the Blvd up ahead. I won’t lie, I’m extremely patient when I’m ordering for my crew, they are a complicated and picky three. (I just get it how it comes as long as that’s without tomatoes.) So for me to NOT have to check each item before pulling away from the window is AMAZING and this is EVERY TIME. I wish I would have gotten the cashiers name tonight. She was such a sweet lady! I have recently gotten stitches out of the top side of my wrist, i don’t have it wrapped since it’s healing now and she of course noticed the God awful scarring. She immediately made a point to keep smiling and offer more assistance to make sure I could get everything into the car and be on my way. I tried not to make any faces or noise, because the thing hurts pretty bad, but she was amazing and caught on anyway. She was quick to get my rather large order out while I could clearly see her cross checking everything to ensure it’s accuracy. So grateful that McDonald’s of Brookhaven seems to have hired a FULL STAFF of GREAT workers who have some great customer service as well! I’ve been in the food industry for 12 years, I know that’s a hard thing to do! So thank y’all for being a place that keeps a little normalcy in this chaos we have going on. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I know that sometimes we all think that a place is not right but knowing how hard people work and care about their jobs I really enjoy this place.

Very good professional service. Carmel mocha latte was delicious. Had a steak and egg bagel. Didn't care much for it. But everybody don't have the same taste buds.

Very nice workers. Granddaughter wanted a happy meal for breakfast and manager made it happen!

I went in and placed a large order to be picked up two hours later, the manager truly came through and maid sure that our food was delicious hot and ready, the kids were so appreciative, thank you manger and staff for that.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's food. I go there occasionally when my son asks for it. I give them five stars anyway because they are always friendly, efficient, and consistent. If you like McD's menu, you should like this one as well.

This was one of the cleanest McDonald's my family has ever been in..the crew was so polite and helpful, dining area was spotless and I even found the manager to make sure she let the crew know what a wonderful job they were doing the food wasn't just smashed together everything was stacked nicely and they had the best McDonald's fries I have ever had!!!

I want to make Donald's and got a Big Mac and it was early in the morning and they cook me a big bag and they left bacon bits on that Grill where they cook bacon send it mixed in with that meat they was cooking y'all should think about putting out a bacon bit Big Mac that was the best Big Mac I've ever eat my life and it was wonderful

McDonald's was very comfortable . I'd taken with me' my handicapped brother.
We found adaptability in sitting & perfect parking for Our Van.
Clean environment & courteous employes. We'll be back again.

When you're making a long drive and don't want to make a big stop, you can't go wrong with McDonald's for a quick lunch. In and out and back on the road to eat and continue our journey in just a few minutes with hot fresh delicious food.

Food was good and fresh & the crew was eager to wait on the customers as they came in & had a fast drive thru.

I have to admit since they installed the on- screen ordering device inside, I still have problems navigating! Instead, I just use the drive-through! Still great food!

Im a truck driver and I stop here around 2-3 a.m. sometimes and the overnight crew is awesome. The food is fresh and hot.
