My firm of 30 employees switched to Mazteck IT when it was clear our former IT consultant lacked the bandwidth to handle our needs. We vetted five companies before choosing Mazteck IT three years ago. They have been fantastic partners. We have people now working from home in multiple states-Macs and PC's. They helped increase our security and migrated us to a cloud environment. They are exceptionally responsive and sharp. Their owner is "hands on" and very client-focused. I run a law firm and another small business and have used Mazteck for years for phones and general IT support. We recently retained Mazteck to migrate our phone system, email, calendar, and server to Microsoft from Google. Having the need for the staff from the two businesses to communicate made this a very difficult task. Not only did Mazteck handle the transition and set up for us, but the new system integrates and will allow us to work more efficiently. Further, Mazteck will be backing our email to avoid any data loss which would be catastrophic for our businesses.

I'm thankful that without having to worry about IT issues, we can focus on our own clients and servicing them effectively.

They also have been very helpful in helping us use technology to improve our processes. They have a very quick response time when support is needed.

We run a small funeral home in Bergen County and Mazteck has been helping us out for years. Our computer recently went downhill due to age (by the way, Mazteck told us to replace several times and we were hesitant, we should have listened..they were right) and it needed to be replaced (in a hurry). They got us a new system very quickly and installed it this week. Files were transferred and we lost nothing! They are super professional, knowledgeable and the customer service is stellar! We had a server that hosted historical data, our team uses it religiously. Then one day, either due to a brown-out or old age, the server decided to quit working. Mario and Janti, tried many things, and through persistence and hard work they were able to get my data back online. Mazteck is attentive, professional, knowledgeable, all things that you can hope to see in an IT company.

I was initially referred to Mazteck by a family member to handle setting up my office’s computers and data. Setup was seamless and they were able to upgrade anything we needed when they learned more about how our business ran. They were able to set us up with a very user-friendly phone system in our office which was an incredible upgrade! Great quality sound and we are able to easily forward voicemails to email which helped better track calls for our business. It was a luxury I didn’t even know we could have. Support is always quick if we have questions. I highly recommend them!

The IT Support Associates at Marzteck are so patient, knowledgable and considerate when trouble shooting the simplist of questions to complete remote access - I am not a computer savy individual and yet with a few clicks by the Mazteck Technicians, I was up and running.

I hired Mazteck to install the camera system and phone system at a new preschool my wife and I opened in Paramus called The Vineyard Schools. We know child safety is the most important thing and wanted to make sure we were able to have quick and reliable communication via telephones as well as monitoring with cameras for safety. Mario and his team were very professional and efficient. Always came a few minutes before our agreed appointment time. Clean work and left the place as he found it. Would definitely recommend!

I attended a seminar sponsored by Mazteck IT in 2019. I was impressed with the presentation and followed up with a system analysis. They installed new hardware and transferred all software programs. My life has been "computer stress free" since I started utilizing their services and I can attend to my own business. Great security blanket and great staff to work with.

One of the major benefits in using Mazteck for our computer IT and phone service, is their speed of responding. We always get someone to respond to our calls. They usually get the issue resolved right the way or give us a time frame to when the problem will be solved. I hired Mazteck to install security cameras as well as host my phones for my business. I couldn't be happier with the results! Cameras were installed professionally and are crystal clear. Phones are very high tech and the hd voice could not sound better. I would recommend this company to anyone I know. The icing on the cake is that maztecks pricing was also extremely competitive!

Fahad was easy to work with and very patient with my questions. He is quite knowledgeable about macs, which was a tremendous boon with various tricky issues we ran into during set-up. He also went above and beyond with suggestions when I ran into roadblocks with incompatible apps/browsers/etc. It was such a relief because I had a lot of anxiety going into this process.
