Sales Associate Mike Maslak’s knowledgeable and thorough Customer Service knowledgeable have made us repeat and loyal customers. This was our 2nd stop on our Memorial Day Sales “just looking” list. Ended up purchasing discontinued dining room set and decided to wait on LR chair we found. No pressure applied. Returned next day, got chair AND matching sofa. Sofa was on Sale. Most of furniture in condo we purchased was from RoomsTo Go.

When we first walked in the door, we were greeted by Jeana. She was professional, and easy to work with. No pressure sales and answered our questions with care. I’d definitely recommend working with her. Walked out with a full living room set/ and can’t wait to get it! By from Jeana, you won’t be disappointed.

We are so glad that we stopped at Rooms to Go after visiting several other furniture stores. Our salesman (Avery) was the ultimate professional. This was a big ticket purchase for us and we feel satisfied that we got the best price and quality for our money.

We originally went to City Furniture next door, then after not finding a couch we liked we figured “hey, we’re in the same parking lot, might as well walk over” and we’re very glad we did. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very nice salesperson named Karen. We found a great couch at a much better price (it was like $1600 and the same sized couch next door was like $2500). We were worried about it fitting in our space since the configuration of our living room is a little weird, and instantly Karen grabbed a measuring tape so we could figure out how much the edge of the couch would butt out. She was low pressure, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. Great experience start to finish.

Senior Sales Associate Karen was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She went above the call of duty to find some helpful information regarding a previous purchase. I would definitely return to the Vere store in the future.

Avery at the Vero Beach store was amazing. Down to earth, knowledgeable and patient. He was great to work with and a wonderful representative of your brand. You need to promote him because he clearly works hard and knows how to interact with customers! Most pleasant experience I have had shopping for furniture in years!!

Mike Maslak is the best. He put no pressure on buying anything and was patient while I was making decisions. It was nice that he excused himself and let me look around and allow me to come to him when I felt ready. The experience with him was so great that I went back two days later to buy more furniture. Will definitely use him every time.

Avery Siders was our sales person. He was very patient very pleasant easy to understand. Gave us all kinds of information on different sizes of mattresses and what would cost what if we added different types of headboards boxsprings versus recliner. My husband and I were extremely impressed and very satisfied with how well the sale went. I believe if we did not have Avery as our sales person, it may not have been as pleasant as it was. Lots of kudos for Avery.

My husband & I walked in Friday night to look at possibly purchasing a couch or sectional. I forgot the gentleman's name that first helped us but he was very nice, immediately assisted us and let us have space to walk around but was there to answer any questions. The next day we came back to look further and he was with another customer, but Gabrielle found us. She led us to a few options and was able to provide plentiful information on the pieces, as well as being humorous and upbeat. Once we found the set that we really liked, she sat down with us and broke down the costs and availability plainly. As a young couple, we've been overlooked in certain other competing stores and not taken seriously. I never felt even a touch of that in this store, or any push to buy unwanted furniture. Gabrielle is a stellar employee and her attitude and work ethic is unmatched. We returned yesterday to purchase the two piece set (couch and loveseat) and the process went very smoothly. She gave us cleaner for the couch and pointed out all important information, and just made the purchase so much easier. 10 stars for Gabrielle!!

Avery is such an amazing rep. He not only was patient but also kind and brought some great ideas to me when looking for a bedroom suite for kids. He went above and beyond to make sure that i understood my paperwork. I will definitely be stopping by to drop off a thank you gift to him. 10/10 would recommend going to him he is perfect!
