Whenever my girlfriend needs anything for her Xbox, this is the place I always go... have shopped around for items, but GameStop always has what we need, and the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable of all the products in the store and that a major plus..

The person who helped me choose the headset was real helpful and explained the difference on several headsets, great service it shows he likes his job.

Good selection on PS4 and Xbox one games and the employees were really helpful when I was looking for a specific game

I come to this GameStop often during my lunch break from work, and the service is always fantastic. The associate working the counter was very knowledgeable and was able to up-sell me on the PowerUp Rewards program without being pushy whatsoever. Every month I use my $5 reward to get a discount on another Funko Pop! A++

My second favorite location in the city. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They don't have a large clearance section, however. They have a great game selection. The manager I met was kind of rude and unfriendly, but I'm sure he gets the same questions repeatedly throughout the day. I prefer this location out of all of the mall locations.

This is one of my favorite GameStop locations in San Antonio. Always have friendly and attentive employees. Neat and well stocked merchandise. The employees and knowledgeable. The lines move quickly during holidays. The manager at this location is also a friendly guy. I definitely recommend this location.

I'm rather prejudiced about this particular GameStop. Not only have I been a frequent customer for years but I've been working here for almost 4 years. Being treated like a valued customer has always been a plus for me so I deliberately chose this store when I didn't really live close by as THE place that I definitely wanted to work at. I hope that every one of you enjoy shopping here as much as I do because yes, I'm still a regular customer here.

Large selection of games and tie in merchandise for all game systems. There's always stuff on sale at substantial savings for the customer. Staff is knowledgeable about products sold. My son loves to shop here. He's 38 years old. Lol

Awesome customer service. Long story short: they made a mistake when we purchsed a pre-owned game. We submitted online survey feedback using our receipt instructions and called in the next morning. The associates at this store knew exactly who we were when we went back in the next day and had our upgraded gold edition of the video game ready for us to exchange. I will be very inclined to return to this specific location because hands down they made my 15 yr old's birthday memorable. He is super pumped and I am super happy about the way they handled the situation. Great job!

My gf and I pre-ordered some Funkos back when ThinkGeek was a thing. We went thru a lot of trouble and pops even got cancelled and they told us we wouldn't get any resolve or refund. I got a call yesterday and Alejandro told me he was going to help me get a refund AND a pop we've been waiting months on. Alejandro you really helped me out thank you for reaching out and even diving deeper into my situation! Thank you!!

Great place to shop with my boys..... but I stayed there longer than they did. Great collection.

Story time! I had bought the game "just dance" from this cozy location a month back. For those of you that don't know, Just Dance isn't a top tier game, it doesn't even scrape the surface of "trendy". But that didn't stop the staff from being genuine.

The thing about this game is that it requires a special motion controller across all the current consoles, and for PS4 and Xbox one fans, that's a hefty $90 price tag.

Despite the price, I was set on buying it. My fiance wanted the game so I had to get it. Upon being rung up, I proceeded to chit chat with the cashier (I wish I remembered her name) and mentioned how lame it was that I'm buying the control just for this game.

That's when she suggested an alternative. A little known fact about this game is that you can download a free app to your phone and use that rather than a motion controller! If it wasn't for this great insight, I would not have saved $90.

I played it again tonight and remembered how awesome this staff member was and wanted to thank her properly. What better way to do that than to share my story with you all who are checking out reviews on this place? I cant speak for everyone's experience, but for me, they were genuine, very insightful and showed they are knowlegdable about their products. If you have to choose between locations to grab some merch, I'd put my money ($90) on these guys!

This was christmas rush, and the teamwork in yhe store was great! Good leadership was getting everyone out quick and very nice customer service. I dont recommend often, but this one i will!

I've always had positive experiences at Game Stop. This is my go-to store, since I have a grandson that is an avid gamer. This store is well-stocked. Keep up the good work!

The assistant store Manager Alé was super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about games and systems. Hes even really big into tokusatsu which includes super sentai(japanese power rangers), kamen rider, ultraman, metal hereos, godzilla, and many more! Give this man a raise !!

Pretty good only thing I have to say is there most of the time one person working the register but other than that i can't complain
