Awesome store with plenty of selections! Selected our wood floors, bathroom tiles and porcelain plank here. Big shout out to team members Santiago, Jorge & Julian they went above and beyond to help us in the store and then loaded everything in our truck with smiles and great attitudes. Santiago pushed our cart around in the store once the load was too heavy for my husband. All in all a great team of employees work here!

My local Floor & Decor was out of stock of the luxury vinyl I needed for my bathroom renovation. Carlos was quick to look up the nearest store with it. I went to that Floor & Decor on San Pedro Avenue and met Oscar just inside the door. He asked if I wanted to see if it was the same and I went with him. It was identical. I waited up front while he brought it up and once I paid, he put it in my car. I am very, very happy with Floor & Decor. In addition to excellent merchandise, they have employed the nicest, most helpful associates any customer could want.

On June 26, I stopped into Floor & Decor (410/San Pedro) searching for a large tile piece. I had the good fortune to be assisted by Dorria'n who went above and beyond to help me find this tile piece. He could've easily given me a simple "sorry--we don't have it." But instead he searched the computer and located one for me. Since I had already made a table that I was hoping to match--this meant a lot to me. I am so grateful for his outstanding customer service, and I hope management takes note--you've got an extraordinary employee in Dorria'n!

We had a great experience purchasing our supplies for a bathroom remodel. Pedro P offered his assistance immediately, made suggestions and answered all our questions so that we made an informed purchase. He even stayed with us through our purchase and helped us load our vehicle. Thank you Pedro!

Sergio, the manager at the pro desk, and Sam, his associate, were gems to meet and chat with today. What I needed was a special order piece and instead of simply having me order and wait, he called another local F&D, had the associate “eye check” that they had it in stock, and it’s being held for me to pick up today. Hoping a F&D gets put in in Corpus Christi so I don’t have to make the drive all the time, but for now, it’s definitely going to be worth it.

We stopped in floor and decor to pick up some thin brick. We had a couple questions and Nohemi popped up ready to answer any questions we had. Super helpful and friendly service. It was a quick process of getting in there, buying what we needed and even getting loaded!

We had an amazing experience at Floor and Decor thanks to design consultant, Jackson Starr! He was so patient with us and helped us get everything we needed for our shower remodel project. Jackson had the best attitude and was amazing to work with. He also went out of his way to make sure we didn’t forget anything we needed and helped us select the perfect tile for us.

Santi at the 410 and San Pedro location was THE best today!!! He was so helpful and went out of his way to help us. He offered to shop/get all the items on our tiling needs list and load them on a cart for us. Helped us find the natural stone chair railing moulding. He even found a solution for the large natural stone piece we were looking for to go in a large wall niche---a beautiful piece of Turkish Limestone. Thank you again Santi for being a great help at the store during our kitchen remodel shopping. You are a great asset to your store!

PEDRO P….. working on a tile project, on a normally relaxing Sunday afternoon my wife decided we (and our children) 🫠 should go to floor and decor. Pedro P was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful. He made a normally stressful situation much easier. Pedro P is your man…..superhero

Wow. That is all I can say about this place. It is truly a one stop shop for all your flooring and decor needs. Prices are excellent and they have some beautiful tile worth every penny. Will be going back for my renovation needs. Today was just a window shopping experience and we were so impressed that we will start our new flooring sooner than later. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some beautiful flooring and wall decor needs.

Was quick, easy ,and good customer service. Nothing was broken or misplaced unlike a lot of places around here. Also shout out to Julien did a great job with moving the tiles we needed and was super friendly.

I went in thinking this would take forever to place my order and get it loaded up into my vehicle. But Zack helped us out so promptly and professionally. His customer service was so amazing. He helped us in the front and then we saw him helping load up orders in the back! The blond girl up front was super nice and easy to work with. The selection here is HUGE and beautiful options!

Floor and decor is amazing, they have a lot of options and colors,and styles. My mom got a great flooring a year ago and the floors still look amazing. The floors last long, stay in place, and barely get scratches. Floor and decor has great employees, they are kind, and helped my mom get the right floor.

They have everything you need. We didn't want to completely redo the floor, they had the spare pieces we needed. Saved thousands and so much more in time and effort.
