Except for the incredibly slow service - which is ALWAYS (and going inside is not any better - you WILL wait to have your order taken. I had the person in front of place their order. Then, the employee walked away from the register. I had a mobile order, originally for the drive thru. They took so long, my order was cancelled in the app, and I had to start over. That was one experience. If the food wasn't so good and usually hot off the grill (most times), I likely wouldn't go there. I don't go often, usually when there only a few other customers.

The service was on point clean well took care of the burgers was hot and fresh and salad was very good little pricey but definitely worth it for the service and the food. The baconator fries are absolutely one of the best things on the menu.

Exceptional service and outstanding quality. They are almost always short-staffed, but every worker that shows up is eager to please every customer. Pete is the cornerstone of the restaurant, so if you see a red pick-up out front, you be sure you'll leave happy!

The nuggets disappointed me greatly.

Good food, they almost always get my order right. Sometimes a little bit of a wait, but considering how busy & the # of customers.... They do pretty good on speed. I've never been told to "pull up to the box, someone will bring your order out..." Where they just get you out of the way & leave you waiting for 15+ minutes like a lot of busy places.

Food is decent. Fries are usually soggy and not hot. Everything else is just fine.

Apple pecan salad is all I eat at Wendys. But when I ask the workers for extra blue cheese,extra crasins,extra nuts, and salad dressing. They look at me like its coming out of their own pocket. It's happened more than one time.

We are usually quick to give negative feedback, so I wanted to give great feedback when it is due. I had lunch today at my local Wendy’s today. Everything about the meal was tremendous. Outstanding.

Even though there was like 15 people in front of us ordering, everyone had there food within 5 minutes. And Renae is an amazing cashier/cook.
