Taco Bell

I always go here around the same time at night and I usually see about the same people. They're always very nice, very professional. They smile they laugh at my silly jokes or my silly comments and it makes everybody feel good. They're always really nice there and the food's always good. Although I prefer the Taco Bell on lake City Way when I was a kid that is now a Cooper mini car lot because when they opened in 1972 or 73 they had big outdoor seating with a big like a fire thing like like a fire pit like what we have now. But it was a great big one and me and my friend Laurie Engel used to sit down there and eat our 25 cent burritos when it was cold around the fire. It was so cool

the man working cashier and the line cook working at 6:30 on dec 30th were immaculate they did great work, the app messed up and they helped us fix it no problem, 10/10 recommend this tacobell very professional and clean handled the situation with diligence and were very polite

The staff makes this business stand out, even though the meal is precisely what you would anticipate. The personnel is helpful, efficient, and kind. The manager deserves praise for making quality hires and imparting the value of hospitality. Several seniors entered during my 15-minute visit and were welcomed by name; this establishment has regulars. One of the most incredible customer service encounters I've recently seen.

Quick going through the drive thru and order was correct and food was hot and delicious.

At no time did it feel that the staff working there acknowledged that they had dine in customers. Many of the tables were dirty. It took longer than normal for the order to be prepared. Orders needed to be placed via the kiosks. I witnessed several customers walk in and leave. This is a location that I frequent often.

I showed up two minutes before closing at 1:58am, 8/9/22 and they didn’t make me feel bad at all. The dude at the window was very kind, professional, and straight up enthusiastic. I’d just gotten out of work and not sure what I would have done for food if they hadn’t helped me, thanks guys!

Just read many reviews and I see a theme of extreme wait times due to understaffing. Having prior food service management experience I have the ability to empathize both with the consumer and the provider. One HUGE reason i personally try to avoid all fast food restaurants during peak times ;)

However, my personal experience with this TB has been very positive. Today, 11/3/2019 @ 11:45am I went inside, used the kiosk to order Combo 3, and was leaving out in less than 4 min. AND the food was awesome!! Generous portions of fillings; not lacking anything. Additionally, 2 or 3 weeks prior, again on a late morning Sunday, I ordered Mexican Pizza combo with the same level of satisfaction.

I will continue to visit this location !

The food is exactly what you expect, but the staff sets this franchise apart. The staff is friendly, quick and courteous. Kudos to the manager for hiring well and instilling a hospitable imperative.
This place has regulars- during my 15 minute visit, several seniors have come in and are greeted by name. One of the most amazing service experiences I've witnessed in some time.

They, unlike most every other Taco Bell I've been to, actually got our order correct the first time. Woo hoo. Not much else to differentiate this location from hundreds of others. Just fine!

I go to a lot of different Taco Bells in Washington and around the country, and this is the only Taco Bell I've been to in the last couple years that actually fills the burritos the right amount. Most of these places give you a limo tortilla, but this place still reasonably fills them. I'm happy to give them business.

Frito burritos and Mountain Dew Kickstart all around. Food was fast and fresh. Staff seemed stressed out although it was busy and a hot day as well. A nice way to get a bite before we did a ton of shopping.

I've been very pleased with this location and their accuracy on my order even when I have made many modifications. On my last visit I was highly impressed with the simple crunchy tacos, they were filled completely and for some reason better than any of the ones I have gotten from any other Taco Bell

One of the only Taco Bell is it actually listens to my specific order! I always ask for no sour cream at Taco Bell and for some reason it's the hardest thing to do, at this Taco Bell things are different. They really care about each of the consumers needs and I applaud them for it

My order was filled correctly. I asked to hold the tomatoes and they remembered, which I appreciated!

Ordered some Mexican pizzas, crunchwrap Supreme and burritos were delicious.

You know, it's Taco Bell. If you like Taco Bell, this is a good one. Food is well-prepared and tidy and the remodel made everything super-clean and updated. Staff is always friendly. Just keep in mind it's Taco Bell, not fine dining, so it's all relative.

My online order was glitches, but the manager had no problem accommodating my online exclusive orders and adjusting it to the appropriate price!!! Must say, a very good Taco Bell experience

Great staff, love them guys working the window. Got to play my music for them . Even though their window was closed. I'm sure they felt it. Beats! On people!

It's not everyday that their coveted, black beans are available for substitution, but by God, they are worth the wait - like the sun on Lake City Way.
As a veggie (mostly), there is something uniquely satisfying about my local Taco Bell's fare. My typical order for 2 people is as follows.

2 Doritos Locos tacos, sub black beans
1 Mexican pizza, sub black beans
1 black bean crunch wrap supreme
Plus one wild card. For instance we tried the new grilled cheese burrito, sub black beans today.

First, the tacos. The crunch of the taco. The tang of the Doritos nachos seasoning. Very light, almost more of an aperitivo, as it gets your mind right for the meal and extends the experience.
Second, the Mexican pizza. This is one of the higher value items on the menu, but well worth it. Two crispy tortillas, stacked with a spiced tomato sauce, black beans, and cheese. A truly wonderful nod to two incredible food cultures.
And last, but certainly not least, of my regular order the crunch wrap. This is the one. Fresh iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, nacho cheese, sour cream, layered above and below a tostada shell, all wrapped in a tortilla, and grilled. It's perfect. Sure you'll get a pocket of nacho cheese that might seem too rich, but embrace it. It will all make sense once you finish it.
And yes, this location sometimes doesn't have black beans, and yes every once in awhile they put the wrong hot sauce in, but friends, with a Taco Bell this close to your house, those are champagne problems, because these folks hearts are in the right place.

PS loved the chipotle smokiness in the grilled cheese burrito. Unexpected and delightful.
