The manger (tony) is an amazing person 10/10 give this man a raise

The food at Arby's is the same as all others. This food was made fresh. The inside of the restaurant was very modern.

Great service at a busy time. Efficient and pleasant cashier. Delicious crispy fish sandwiches!

Both my husband and I really enjoyed our sandwiches we got there. He got the prime cheesesteak and I got the gyro which was really good, and I enjoyed it. The people working there were helpful, polite and friendly and knowledgeable. Will go again

I love this place. The staff has always been friendly and is clean inside. To the people complaining about their wait time, get a grip. Nobody wants to work anymore-so have some patience with the people WHO DO want to work. It’s hard trying to maintain their responsibilities on top of others that they shouldn’t have to. To the staff, thank you for always being kind and making my food!!

I had a great time at the Bryson City Arby's. The staff was very kind. The lady working the window had a lovely energy and made the experience quick, and the food was excellent! The handsome gentleman who brought the bags out to my window gave excellent service as well.

I greatly commend the staff that was working tonight. They were very busy and only had two people working. The manager working the Drive thru was very friendly and apologetic, while many of the customers were not being very polite. They were doing their very best and my food was awesome as always. They need more recognition and thanks!

Edit: I recently had 2 bad experiences, (January 2021), in a row with this restaurant. Manager was NO HELP and regional manager was not much better. I now have the phone number for the corporate office and will contact them on Monday. I love Arbys and have been eating there regularly since the 1970's. It's too bad that customer service has been on the decline since then!

One of the fastest Arby's I been at! After placing order, I got my food in 1 to 2 mins. Friendly too. They also closed their in door dinning too. Made respect for Dat. They be playing it safe with delta everywhere and sh1t.

We came in with a group of 32 and they handled everything great! It was a little crazy but they kept the food coming and gave us everything we needed. The crew member Alex did a great job keeping up with everything and helping pass the food out. Very happy with the experience!

Cashier was very polite and attentive, restaurant was clean and stocked, and the food was fresh.

These employees do an excellent job, they are quick and seem to never complain, I certainly appreciate their hard work on my 30 minute lunch break. Best Arby's in WNC!!!

We are from Florida & a young man named Josh was so nice & pleasant to us. In this world today we're people aren't nice anymore, it was refreshing to see a nice person smiling & liking his job.

Jordan was very professional, even joked back when I joked. Well spoken and friendly. We went through the drive thru. We had to go to the reserved for drive-thru to wait for our food and while we were waiting he came out and told us it would be just another moment. Food is delicious and hot!! Love the reuben!! Give this guy a raise!!

This Arby's is literally the best Arby's I have ate at.

The new gyros at Arby's are worth checking out. All of their food at this location is great. If gyros aren't your thing their signature sandwiches will not disappoint.

Dining room closed but drive-thru was open. Friendly guy at the window. Sandwiches were hot, fresh and brought to the car. Order was correct!
