During December 2022, my Mother needed to have all estate documents created. I interviewed three different Winter Haven attorneys. Since I lived near Philadelphia, PA interviews were done by phone. Very professional. Able to follow the plan of care for my mother the case came to right conclusion. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the plan of care best for my mother.

We decided between a will and a trust and finally settled on a trust. Denise led us through the deciding process and everything else. She does a great job as well as her staff. Everything is explained and all questions are answered. The result was all the tools our children would need upon disablement or death.
It's a little complicated but Denise and her team are really good in getting it done.
